Lets do some math. Tourist season in Croatia starts in May and ends in September. Thats 5 months. If the villa can host 8 guests and if the price for one night will be around 150$ per person thats 1200$ per day. 5 months = 150 days. Of course its not gonna be full all the time so let's say its gonna be full for about 120 days. 6 villas x 120 days = 720 days.

720 days x 1200$ = 864.000$
The guests will also spend some money on different rentals.
One season with 6 villas = 1.000.000$
500.000$ goes in gold and the other 500.000$ goes for next new villa. So every 2 years there will be new villa automatically.
Thats just my example. I hope that I didn't right something wrong.

Mastermind whats wrong with you? It looks like you have big problems with Xaurum project. I understand. The project is good and some people cant stand it. If you are so smart create your own coin and we will judge it but I think you are not smart enought as far I seen. You have to much free time so find yourself a girlfriend and you will feel better and you will forget the negative facts about Xaurum. This is a great project and it just needs some time. We need to support devs because there is a lot of work to do. Did apple became famous in one year? Yes there is a small buy support but do we need it? with every mint there is a big buy support. 4mio $ in let say one year and a half. If you dont like the project and cant wait for 1$ or 2$ or maybe 3$ price.... put your Xaur on bittrex to the production price and sell it when there will be mint. Please people! First you need to read and learn everything about Xaurum. Once you know everything about it you will never want to sell it!

Ofcourse it was a clear manipulation... someone puted a big sell order of around 30.000 pivx and then removed them. Why do you think pivx is expensive? Look at gnosis!! two weeks old coin and from the begining in top 15. Just dont listen to people who think that the pivx will crash. It is always the same. When I was new in this business I sold a lot of coins in fear that the price will fall. But every single time coins gained the price back. I bought zcash at 50$. After a month it was 30$. I couldnt wait because I was stupid and I sold the zcash. After short time the price now is 100$. Thats just one case.

Maybe the price at exchange was 0.00011000 when btc was 700$? Now the btc is 1750$ and the ratio is the same but that means that price went from 0.07$ to 0.20$ in one year.

I have never seen such an investment before. Lets buy some more!
