--scan-time|-s Upper bound on time spent scanning current work, in seconds (default: 60)

One question, if you launch your cgminer with "-s 5" what's meaning? I'm lokking in the readme file but i don't find nothing.

One question, when i run cgminer and set "-s 5"... what meaning? I'm seeing SCRYPT-README and CGMINER Readme and i can't read nothing about this :S

Hi again, I'm trying that and works... and if you use "-s 5" when you run cgminer your rejected shared is fewer... but i don't know what meaning "-s 5" :S

PD.: I do this formule: MyHashRating * +0.00000116. Ex.: 370*0.00000116 = 0.0004292 --> -u YourUser+0.00042925

Ok... the big pool of CNC is register open again and now i can mine withouth problems... i created an account there... thanks for all but i can't solved my problem.

I was mining with stratum activated 5 hours ago withouth problems... i don't think that the "Longpool" was the problem... you can see my graphs a day... is happening other thing but i don't know what is... this is a hell T_T

Mmmm, I don't understand.... how i can dissable stratum and how i can enable longpool? I'm mining LTCs with this specs normally :S I'm reading here but i don't see the option https://github.com/ckolivas/cgminer/blob/master/SCRYPT-README

Anyone knows what is happening? I feel that i'm lossing my time T_T

The problem is that i don't get share.... is like as since there is more people at the pool who has lesser hashrating than others are getting less or nothing share...  Cry . My hashrating is about 370Kh/s...

I don't know what is happening... i was mining 4 hour ago and the first hour i got some CNC but later i don't get nothing.... There is any problem if my hashrating not is enough or something?

What is your hashrating?

My hashrating is 370Kh/s and i get 0.20 of reward... I got a lot of messages like this "Stratum from pool 0 requested work restart"... when I minned LTC i never got that message... what is happened?

I have other question, my PC are reseting each 6 or 7 hours... and my graphic card stopped mining... where i can read some log about this? So i can knows why this happen and i will try fix that.

Well, i have the PC in other room, and I do a conection via SSH to my BAMT miner PC or I write the IP of my BAMT miner PC in the explorer... so i can view if my PC is working or not... normally i haven't any problem but sometimes (each 5 o 6 hours) i can't view or do nothing (it is stopped and it's blocked)... so i only can turn off and turn on the computer it has the BAMT and then it works again....

In my experience, if a rig is locking up, it is most likely related to overclocking. Maybe back off on your GPU settings (clock/mem) and see if you get more stability.

I did back off on my GPU Settings (HD5870 -> 850/1200/1.175, I6) and i got the same results... my rig is locked up. Sad. Can I consult any file where is wrote what happened before my rig is locked up?
