They don’t answer on telegram or to messages here to anyone who cannot withdraw their Bitcoin that has been locked on their site for 3 weeks.

I guess you can read right...it is written big on our website when it is over So yes you can withdraw after the ICO.

Well considering I cannot access your site because it keeps giving me error messages how about you stop being a dick and tell me. It’s this type of response that makes me feel I’ve been scammed but let’s see..

Is this ICO over. Want to cash out my BTC.

When can you withdraw you BTC if you don't have any HBC.  I have tried too many times to get HBC but always receive errors at the time of the ICO.
Just want to transfer back the BTC now.  Any advice is appreciated.  Thanks.
