Same problem here!
I tried deferent options on the command in the .bat file, but still crashing

any ideas? something change in the pool, that is making miner crash during the DAG open?
thanks

Hi everyone, my miner has been working fine for several days in a row, until all of a sudden it has started mining at 0.000 MH/s, just after switching from Dev mining fee (which is not actually mined but still appear) to the pool where I am mining.

It was really weird as it kept mining for a good 15 minutes at 0.000 Mh/s without restarting or stopping, and even closing and restarting Claymore's software it was still mining at 0.000 Mh/s, while after restarting the miner itself it has started working normally again.

I have searched but it looks like no one has got this issue? All I could see online was people having one GPU going to 0, but not all 6 GPU and the software still going.

Any idea why this happened?

Any help is appreciated, thanks.

My rig is made of 5x XFXrx480 8GB GPUs + 1x rx480Nitro 8GB and the batch file is the standard one, as recommended in Claymore's readme.

Thanks for your quick reply!

I am not sure about my OC, due to i just flash the bios, with the bios of somebody else! and the rig works for more than 7 months

I don't think that temperature is the issue, due to, the rig if working now with 2 GPU at the same temperature around 74c.

there is any way to test the power supply?, it means, it look ok, but it look that when the rig demand load, the crash occurs

thanks

76C seems a little warm for start up. What OC do you have these set to? How about undervolting?

Turn the rig off, leave it off for 2 minutes. Turn it on. See if that helps. If it doesn't set the cards in question (that are not working) back to default speeds and see if that works, then OC slowly from there.

Hi Guys,

Mine RIG setup is

6 XFX AMD R580 black edition with driver version 18.3.2
asrock H110
corsair HX1200i
running windows 10
running claymore 11.5 and also tried with 11.6

and this is start.bat file

setx GPU_FORCE_64BIT_PTR 0
setx GPU_MAX_HEAP_SIZE 100
setx GPU_USE_SYNC_OBJECTS 1
setx GPU_MAX_ALLOC_PERCENT 100
setx GPU_SINGLE_ALLOC_PERCENT 100
EthDcrMiner64.exe -epool eu1.ethermine.org:4444 -ewal . -epsw x -etha 0

Since 5 or 6 days ago, my rig stopped and the windows auto restart, I checked the log file, and it look like the rig crash when need to open the DAG, here a portion of the logs:

Now, I disable 4 GPUs, and the rig is working ok, with only 2 GPU, so, I would say that the problem is on the power supply, but visually inspection, looks ok.

Any ideas, of what could happen with my rig?

Thanks in advance

Hi, I am new here and have Newbie questions?

I set my T9 to mine in kano pool, but many questions poping up my head

1. to set my wallet address, the kano pool web site ask me for password, what password it should be? i don't remember to set password for my wallet address.

2. what is the minimum amount of BTC to get payment?

3. how i can see the amount of BTC produced/mined, in other words where i can see my miner progress?

4. It is normal that my worker higher invalid % than block %? checking on detail shows many stales?

thanks, i would appreciate any reply with answers  Huh

Bro! welcome to KANOPOOL!  Would like to set your expectation that the pool does not payout everyday and only pays when a block is found.
The payment is based on shares and it is called REWARDS in kanopool terms.

We depend on luck which always comes around back to 100% or the "expected". (my opinion, dear kanopool PROs, please dont scold me for saying this, just simplifying things to fellow newbie  Cheesy)

So in general, we only have to hope for a block found every month and hope for that expected 100% to be hit.

In general, this pool is fun as to the reason the community is very active and everyday you wake up, there is something new being talked about. Smiley
Also, the fees are very minimal.  If the pool is very lucky in that certain month, it will certainly hit (the BTC earnings) way way way higher than other pools. (tried antpool and slushpool).   If unlucky, we have to endure and shoulder some electricity cost and hope the next month will get lucky to cover up the current month and the next month.  Its just this cycle here in kanopool.  But what is best is yung community!  Lips sealed

in your questions above, im only capable to answer you 2 things:
2. what is the minimum amount of BTC to get payment?
- as Kano-san mentioned, its about the dust payment, but you don't have to worry about this since your using T9 and that is 12TH.
- at 58 PH a T9 with 12TH with BTC reward @ 12.5 will give you around 0.002586 BTC (rough estimate assuming the pool hash of 58 remains thesame and this is also asusming you are fully ramped up)

3. how i can see the amount of BTC produced/mined, in other words where i can see my miner progress?
- just look at your SHIFT graph page, youll see a small number that says "xx.yy av" (that is your ramped up average = this value should be around 12TH when your fully ramped up)
- if your referring to the BTC blocks found, you can go to the POOL > BLOCKS page, youll see the BTC block reward value there, also the expected and the blocks already found for the current month.

thanks all for your replies, definitely a great community !
what i understood, if my T9 is not running 24x7, i would have very few chance to be successful using the PPLNS : (
have 3 days running but unfortunately interment, so, it looks like that is no good!
thanks

Your kano.is login account password

2. what is the minimum amount of BTC to get payment?
Any reward of 0.00010000 BTC or more.
Any smaller ones will gather as dust to be paid later.
Any that or larger will be sent out (as it explains on the web site Help->Payouts) after each time we find a block.
(This will, however change soon)

3. how i can see the amount of BTC produced/mined, in other words where i can see my miner progress?
Since we're PPLNS we all get a reward every time someone finds a block.
So next block we find, you'll see a reward under Account->Rewards not long after.

Well that depends on how much higher Smiley

Also, if you are not near the node you are mining to, try a closer node.
The nodes are listed here in the first post.

thanks for your quick reply

I am using NY node, due to I am in latin America, and check the invalid and stale, please:

Hi Guys, I am new here and also new on the mining world.  there is to much information to learn!

I am having issue, with my rig, I can't get more that 16 Mh/s on my GPUs, and i have not cloud what to do, I read the post here and see that each GPUs should be at least around 25Mh/s.

Mine setup is

4 XFX AMD R580 black edition with driver version 23.20
asrock H110
corsair HX1200i
running windows 10
running claymore 10.5

and this is start.bat file

setx GPU_FORCE_64BIT_PTR 0
setx GPU_MAX_HEAP_SIZE 100
setx GPU_USE_SYNC_OBJECTS 1
setx GPU_MAX_ALLOC_PERCENT 100
setx GPU_SINGLE_ALLOC_PERCENT 100
EthDcrMiner64.exe -epool eu1.ethermine.org:4444 -ewal . -epsw x -etha 0

I would appreciated any comments or any ideas to improve my Mh/s
thanks
