What is this?  The Order date is 17th Feb 2014.  My order date was August 2014. I received all of my orders prior to the August 2014 Date. How did you get this info

I private messaged Hashra from there Facebook Page over a month ago and Received this response today. The Chinese New Year this Year starts Feb 19th and ends March 5. Take it for what it is worth.

I have only received 1 payout January 6 and have mining for 4 days.  I thought is was everyday. What is going on?

I just thought that I would add this.  It appears that they have updated there website on its shipping dates so they are still around and still trying to sell. Prior to the start of the New Year it read shipping by the end of December.  Below is the update.  I have written them several times and the last response I received was on December 18th that shipping was on schedule for the end of December.  Obviously that did not happen.

Q: If I place an order now, when will I get my order?
A: This depends when your payment reaches our account. As soon as your payment has cleared in our account we will process your order and will do our best to get it out to you as soon as possible though may take up to 7 days to send out due to us fulfilling other orders before yours. Please note though some products maybe be coming in stock in the future, it will say on the product description page if this is the case and when those products will be shipping by.

It appears that Simon is back hiding again!!! I have written to him 5 times in the last 10 days with NO RESPONSE!!!! I agreed to take extra Equipment instead of a Refund with delivery by the end of November.  That did not happen for me.  The last word I got from him was that it looked like the middle of December.  We shall See.  He has not made one timetable in the last 4 months!!!! Has anyone received there orders from the August order time frame?

Hashra has become Very Unreliable as of the past 4 or 5 months.  I would stay clear of them until they can DO WHAT THEY SAY!!!!

I purchased 2 Miners that were suppose top ship on September 20.  Did not Ship and they will not respond to several emails I have sent.  BEWARE!!!! I have bough several in the past from them with out Incident, But that is the PAST!!!!

I am very disappointed that I will not receive a refund until July. It was not my fault that I did not receive my Equipment when Guaranteed.  It is now 45 days late.  Nearly 90 days since my order was placed, and NOW I have wait another 45 days to receive my money back.  Very Disappointed!!!!

To be be specific my order was 3436 for a Zeus Miner and it was place on February 14 but not acknowledged until February 17. I am hoping for news on the Refund from Sergei on Monday.  I will keep the forum informed.

Today I sent a Request to Hashcoins and also there customer care department to inform them that I want a FULL REFUND today. There is No Way to be Profitable without a Big Spike In bitcoins because of there delays. I will invest in Scrypt miners as they will be profitable for a long while to come.
