Re: [SDC] The Shadow Project | Anon POS | Market* | HARDFORK 6th MAY-> Please Update

SDC has a real world future because cash is going to be banned in europe THIS year, they are already shaking peeps down for their bitcoin and mobile phone passwords as they begin to flee the collapse & sadly i am not joking.
people will be desperatley searching for somewhere to store their savings so it cannot be tracked under a microscope and stolen from them.

I am not very technical when it comes to virtual currencies. I have got Guldencoin because as a mainstream coin I think it's going to do well and already a lot of use, but I also hear it's easy for hackers to hack bitcoin wallets. Is it less easier for this to happen with SDC and I also want to buy into a anonymous coins along side guldencoin. I thought about Dash but that is too expensive for what it offers. Is SDC in it for the long future?

I have been looking at lots of coins in my time. More looking at forums then anything else, I got caught out with iCoin but finally it looks like Guldencoin is the real thing. I thought Naut might be good but really it's just another scam I am glad I did not invest in. I see the same with URO and many others. It's sad how people treat the crypto world when it has good intentions.
I truly hope Guldencoin proves me right in time.

If a marketplace ever opens up for SLG I would like to sell some goods on it. I think this is the most amazing dev team, can't fathom what the coin will be like in 3 months after so much work gone into it after 20 days.

I have started buying some Sterlingcoin. I think it's a magnificent name and can be used in many countries not just the UK, also a lot of development has been going into the coin and more updates so soon after launch. The main thing for me is the developers have committed themselves to the project by letting everyone know who they are.

I find it strange that people still support coins that have anonymous creators and end up getting scammed 99% of the time.

My (Spencer Lievens) mobile is even on the website for people to get in direct contact myself.

^This is what we call transparency at it's best. Any other coins listed in the poll can do the same thing? I've voted for Sterlingcoin because of it.  Grin

I got caught out with iCoin , had good community but dev was anonymous and scammed the community. I will never invest in a faceless team again. I hope Sterlingcoin makes a longterm success of itself.

Does Sterlingcoin have a auction site I can sell goods for Sterling? Lovely coin name and I hope the team and community make this a success. I unfortunately thought iCoin would be ok and left a sour taste in my mouth but I hope this time things will be different with Sterling.

Re: CoinMarketCap.com - Market Cap Rankings of All Cryptocurrencies!
by

Hi CoinmarketCap Support.

EFL - Electronic Gulden is including premine in marketcap value. It should be like AUR which only has mined coins included. The premine for EFL is 10 500 000 (50% of total coins) or have the rules changed and coins can say if they have spent Premine?

This would be bad as devs could dump out to themselves and claim premine is on the market.

EFL is a scam coin, so this isn't surprising they gave coinmarketcap false info.

Have you been lying under a rock?

The original devs of EFL tried to scam everybody. But they were caught.

From that moment some guys from the EFL community took over.

They have started the Electronic Gulden Foundation. The efl foundation holds 5 million premine coins.

So EFL has made a fresh start. Have a look a the new website >> http://www.e-gulden.org

This doesn't mean your premine drops by 5 million because the devs stole it and dumped them onto the market. We can't trust coinmarketcaps figures if they allow this and same goes for any other coin that have tried to falsify the premine amount. Also this will create a administrative nightmare for coinmarketcap to update every coins premine amount every time it gets used.

Thank you bluestreet for bringing this up, I also thought all coins with * next to them as premine excluded. Not that it matters everyone must just do proper research before putting money towards any coin. My husband and I got burnt on one premine coin already and as a rule of thumb we just don't invest in them. Blackcoin is a very good coin that is fair.

So I just had my first successful auction at CryptoAlley. Sold world war 2 photos for 600 ICN including postage.

Although that isn't much I am keeping that 600 ICN for a long time, I also took the time to workout why iCoin is currently so undervalued compared to other virtual currencies but I can't help feel that it's because of 500 000 million coin production that buyers and sellers think it's over a 40 year period. From what I have read it's over 500 year and only 50 million coins will be available in 40 years time or something similar to that figure.

Taking a look at Digibyte where all 21 billion coins is going to be mined out under 40 years and price is currently 26

Digibyte will have 466 times more coins then iCoin in around the same time, take 26 * 466 and iCoin price should be around 12116 in this market.

Another example is Potcoin that will have 420 million coin production, currently 1260 coins every 3 minutes.

Trading at 1279 on cryptsy. Even just take production output 1260 / 100 is 12.6 * 1279 = 16115

What do you think is keeping iCoin price so low if you do some calculations on the above coins who should have similar status to iCoin?

More examples:

USDE 4000 coin block reward every minute, trading at 26.
12000 (3*4000)/ 100 = 120 times more coins then iCoin over 3 minute block reward. 120 * 26 = 3120

WorldCoin:47.819014 coins every 30 seconds Trading at 0.00008404
286.8 (47.8 * 6 )/100 = 2.868 times more coins then iCoin over 3 minute block reward. 2.868 * 8404 = 24102 (Worldcoin is over valued compared to others.)

Tagcoin:
30 Coins every 4 minutes , 22.5 coins every 3 minutes trading at 00025922.  00025922 / 4 = 5891

It's really sad to see what happens here for virtual currencies in general.

Norwegians are lovely people and it's strange that someone from Norway would do this intentionally , he would be a disgrace to his fellow countrymen, but evil does lurk in every corner and every industry and best thing people can do is move on, leave it with police and move on with your lives because this kind of thing can bring you plenty negativity.

I think this is why over the years regulation and banking gets more stricter because humans always trying to step on other people to benefit themselves. Virtual currencies started off as amazing idea
in a world where everyone involved is a honest person, but unfortunately it has a attracted the vultures in society and people need to be very careful now.

So I have some good news and bad news to report.

Lets start off with the good news:

Coinpayments has been bought over by another company and will most likley continue to run after the 31st March with iCoin as a payment option. Smiley

The bad news:

It is pretty much confirmed that coinmarket.io was a scam exchange and we know iCoin had most of initial buyers on that platform.

Going fwd, with exchanges if you unsure of who the owner is and you want to trade, withdraw your trades back to your personal wallets on completion, it's getting rough
out there atm.

Good deal. I just read the info at Coinpayments so CryptoAlley stays up and running, with Mitm as an escrow service.

This is good news Smiley

Sorry to hear about coinmarket scam... this is not good for virtual currencies.

CryptoAlley has items listed with iCoins and more coming the rest of the week.  Just so you all know, you can sell digital goods at CryptoAlley(Digital Downloads) as long as they don't exceed 2MB.  So if you know bands that want to sell their tunes, have ebooks, whatever, CryptoAlley is there to serve.   Also, looking for services?  We have reverse auctions.  Bob wants his yard mowed. Bill, John, and Bertha start bidding and the lowest bid gets the job.

CryptoAlley is a great place to get people to start to use iCoin and as a community, you can make it happen.

Just made my 1st bid on CryptoAlley, my dad will love the Merrill's Maurders Patch for his WW2 collection. Smiley
Guaranteed an original.  My uncle was a MM.  I have all his service ribbons from that time also.  I'm getting them authenticated this weekend.  My Mom used to tell me stories about him telling stories about the action. Believe it or not, the MM guys were mostly Army, but Unc was a Marine that volunteered. He's one of the 20% that aren't in the roles, but he was there.

BTW, I want the pics, but I haven't mined enough ICN yet Cheesy  That's why I ask about Ð?

CryptoAlley is kind of strange.  You have the pics for ICN and I have Ð.  I can bid in ICN and do the conversion at checkout with Ð.  Did you catch that?  Coinpayments and CryptoAlley have put together probably the strangest trading platform ever.  There's a learning curve, but I'll bet you send thos great photos to me.  Never did tell me on CryptoAlley messaging, when are they from?

Just replied, sorry didn't notice the PM Smiley

Hi DigiT,

I have put up the following auction on your website, do I need to register with coinpayments for the transaction to go through for iCoin? I am guessing I need to setup my wallet somewhere...

Hi gang, just fired up the miner for iCoin.  Brutal winter in northeast US has been keeping me busy for the last few weeks.  I was reading through the posts and really, I'm surprised the network hash isn't higher than it is.  I'm throwing 300Khs at it and if anyone has a pci-e 16x riser cable I'll add some more.

ViperBass, looking good and iCoin can be used at CryptoAlley.com.  We stay sync'd with Coinpayments.

This is great news for us, we will be putting up some war photos on your site today or tomorrow for auction, if it goes well more will come. Been waiting for auction house
for iCoin for long time now.
