If anyone thinks Roger Ver's new crusade is to free the community from censorship they are fucking morons. This is a blatant attempt for a narcissist to try and acquire power. A Linux package will be made available shortly. A GitHub repo for the project will be provided in the near future, admittedly this is my first project using QT and the code is currently a little messy, having replaced less efficient methods of implementation with more ideal as I progressed further learning about QT's features. I will be cleaning it up, as well as separating the stable from in development code into separate branches and getting the source out ASAP.
Are you kidding us? Go away with closed source crap.We all know you dont own any exp. Nor have you ever had anything positive to say. Its just one more thing for you to try and use to cast shade. Its not like you could compile it from source anyways.
Yea but he does have a point that closed source is generally frowned upon here. Anyone scared should take safety precaustions. Run it in a VM or on a machine they dont use for anything else or just wait till the source is open. I personally trust any software put out by the guys but I understand why someone else would have a problem with it. Even though 8 bit is a lil bitch most of the time even a broken clock is right twice a day.

franco seems ok. maybe he just found himself in a situation where he's stuck in a james clayton project. then again he does make shitcoins like franco and aiden that don't do anything. it's cool that franco coin is just rotting on cryptsy though.

Is that update mandatory ?
its not mandatory as in its a hardfork or anything but it includes all of the latest GETH commits. 130 of them to be exact.
"This release fixes an issue where some clients could get stuck during a chain reorganisation and can happen at random. Without this fix you'd need to restart your client.
We haven't received any reports of this actually happening but noticed that one of our own (very long) running nodes got stuck."

I've updated to the latest version and lot of old "missing" transactions got re-sent even though I've re-sent them manually already.
So quite a few of you guys got paid double, keep it, I'm just glad I kept the hotwallet balance low so the most of the double/triple payments actually failed because the wallet was depleted.
ETH is really "different".. Why would it resend transactions which went missing days ago.. Sheesh...
Everything is fixed now, I've purged the TX database.

Yea I know its a hardfork except the right now everyone is fine until the first stake. Someone with strong hands better get that windows compile up before then.
