0.5 btc is too much or more than i recommend for a beginner to trade with because that's a big amount around $4000 which is big amount of money and i recommend you to hold coins and invest in good icos.

For me i would trade bittrex because it has more volume and the more volume it's much easier and much profitable than trading in poloniex that is not that volatile.

In some cases btc actually is more profitable than alts but it can actually become alts more profitable in some cases.

For me and others loosing is very normal. because without loosing you can't say that you've become a trader and don't feel bad if you loose it's just part of the learning process.

Keep your coins at a very secure place that only you can access it. like ledger. because in ledger your coins is safe but of course you need to pay for that ledger but it's alright because you can loose alot if you don't store your coins properly.

As starting as a newbie at crypto the only coin i knew and only know is btc. i don't even know that alts exist. but if you calculate it you can actually earn more money if you invest in alts rather than btc.

No, i only trade manually only use a bot indicator so that there's an foundation and it lessen the risk when i am trading. but of course it's not always accurate.

I totally agree on what you said but for me the main reason is the lack of security and they are scared because of the big up and downs they will loose alot not gain.

First of, trading can be a very good opportunity but  you need to be very serious on it if you want to be successful. i didn't saw anyone or heard that didn't became successful without any hard-work put onto it. and learn the basics to get that foundation you need in trading.

For me you can consider trading or buying new coins that has alot of attention and it may or may not pump but it's worth the try because there's alot of coins that pumps crazy after it starts.

I feel that the market is now becoming bull at the moment because from that past month bitcoin had been very very bearish and when i meant bearish it went from around 20k and gone to 6k.
