I had only positive experience with virwox.
Started with small paypal deposits and after 1st time manual review of the bitcoin withdrawal, it is the fastest way I know of of buying BTC wit paypal.

Only for small worth of btc ~100-400 USD per day.
Very fast and no ID needed. Fees are quite high, but I haven't seen low fees in crypto niche.
