Re: Taking a loan to invest in DCA method
by

Ever since i introduced my friend to the DCA method of trading in btc he has been having some good turn up but he was asking me if i can loan him some money so he can add up to boost his staking so please guys how do i go about it should i give him or i shouldn't.
It is not ideal to take a loan to invest in bitcoin because it is going to affect you, and since he his your friend he might not want to pay you back the loan which you will not be comfortable with, it might ruin your friendship, just tell him the truth that it is not ideal to invest into bitcoin with a borrowed money or a loan, but to work harder to get more income that will allow him smoothly run his investment without loaning from anyone .

Taking a loan to invest in bitcoin is dangerous with the interest and time frame to meet up, can he cope, will be pay back as at when due, how sure his be that the price of bitcoin will keep on increasing that at some point in time he will sell his profit and bay back his loan, why can he invest with what he can afford and forget about the days he cannot afford to invest until he his financially stable again to continue to invest, then he can decide to invest aggressively regularly and consistently in as much as he will not be overdoing it , until he reaches his overaccumulation stage. Don't loan him any money

Investing with loans is very dangerous, I appreciate your comment. Investing with loans is very dangerous because he knows that the market cannot give him the certainty that when he can profit. He needs to know that the market is always changing and risky, if he invests with loans and his loan term expires, if it is time to repay his loan, he will have to sell his investment and he does not know whether he will profit from his investment. So it is better for him to refrain from using such strategies. I think if he does not have much money to invest, he can use some strategies that will make it easier for him to accumulate his bitcoins. So I think they should use the DCA method, if he uses the DCA method, his bitcoin investment will be long-term and he will be able to accumulate his bitcoins for a long time.

The first match of T20 Asia Cup Hong Kong and Afghanistan was held today. However, I could not enjoy this game due to some of my personal work. Especially I could not enjoy the game of Hong Kong team very well so far which is why I was very much looking forward to watching today's game. However, I was surprised to see their scoreboard, where Afghanistan lost 6 wickets in 20 overs and set a target of 186 runs, Hong Kong could not stand up to Afghanistan's bowling performance due to which they were able to save only 94 runs for their team losing 9 wickets in 20 overs. However, it is very unfortunate that they lost by a large margin, but anyway, their team needs more and better performance, I hope they will try to do better in the next matches.

Fidelity predicts that one #Bitcoin will be worth $1 billion by 2038

Do you believe it? If this really happens, will you regret not buying more if you stock up now?

I think there is no need to be too uncertain about Bitcoin, because we have been following Bitcoin for a long time and we can easily understand how much Bitcoin has changed from its old days to the present. Do you think it is possible for Bitcoin to reach 1 million by 2038? I think it is not impossible, however I just think about holding Bitcoin.

Re: Big fall in the Bitcoin market!
by

on 09/09/2025, 17:44:04 UTC
This is not going to be a permanent dip, it's obvious that the market is just going through a low and pullback phase. At such a periods it's normal for newbies to start panicking and selling their tokens because they are scared of losing. Bitcoin is a long term investment, that means that these little changes in the market shouldn't get you worried because you are focused more on that profit you are going to get in the future. People are also going to use that to start buying

Experienced investors know that this is the natural nature of the market, I agree with you, the dumping of Bitcoin is not permanent, but it is better to have a long-term view rather than a short-term plan for investing, the limited supply of Bitcoin and the increasing demand for Bitcoin can bring a huge change in the price of Bitcoin.

Well, I agree with you, experienced investors in the market always think of investing for the long term, because they know that long term investment has the potential to get big profits and good returns. However, I think trading is more risky, like if you do short term trading, if the price at which you buy the currency gets dumped a lot in a few hours or a few days, then you will face more losses, where there will be no possibility of your return tower. If you do long term investment, if the value of your currency decreases, you can wait for more days, there is a possibility of the value of that currency increasing in the next market. So I think it is better to invest for the long term than to trade for the short term.

Re: gambling and divorce

However, many people, especially those in the lower middle class, take gambling too seriously because they think winning is easy and will help them change their lives little by little, or perhaps drastically. I agree with you, any addiction can have negative consequences.
This is the reality. Middle class people think that it is possible to get rich overnight from gambling, so they bet with the intention of winning extra, which leads to more losses in betting. As a result, their financial condition becomes so bad that they torture their wives for the losses of those bets. Generally, middle-class and lower-class gamblers abuse women more, take more dowries, and do not hesitate to divorce them for dowry.

If someone really thinks of gambling as a way to become a millionaire overnight, then he is likely to face a very big loss. Before he starts gambling, he should first be careful and avoid greed and he should remember that gambling is only for entertainment, there is no chance of becoming a millionaire overnight. Middle class people play gambling to earn money but rich people only play gambling to pass their time or for entertainment. And when rich people lose some money they do not think about recovering that money because they gamble with what they can afford to lose. But on the other hand if middle class people lose some amount of money they start there again to recover that money and later they gradually become more and more addicted and keep losing money.

Re: We are at peak BTC price.

I am now, for the first time ever, thinking about selling all of my BTC.
It's up to you whether you want to sell it all or make a percentage sale, but I think it's much more ideal to make a percentage sale, because maybe we can take half of the capital to buy back when the price drops again, and hold the rest for long-term investment.
The move you mentioned is part of a small strategy I've also implemented in the past, where I sold half of my holdings to buy back when the Bitcoin price started to fall lower. Bitcoin always moves better after a correction ends, and this is usually more utilized by large Bitcoin holders or those who bought at a low price during the correction. And right now, it's fine to implement this strategy again because the Bitcoin price is still stagnant at around $110,000 to $111,000, which is an ideal buying range for anyone waiting for a price of $125,000 to $130,000.

Okay Bitcoin has been stable at $110,000 to $111,000 for a while now. Anyway, this might just be the best time for long-term investors to accumulate some more Bitcoin. Because I think Bitcoin will definitely cross 125K to 130K by the end of 2025. But really it is a matter of patience, we have to be patient with time and watch the market to see when the market reaches our target.

September to December are slow months for who?  In bitcoin?  or other places of relevance?

And why do the months matter, exactly?

Bitcoin liquidity is building at the topside.
Just a matter of time before we grab this.

I think Bitcoin is set to make a big profit. Anyway, we are just waiting and watching the Bitcoin market. Hopefully Bitcoin will create a new shape for us this September.

Wow this is very interesting. According to the latest prediction, Bitcoin has an estimated price of Bitcoin from 2025 to 2032. And I can see an estimate from 2025 to 2037 in this chart.

Anyway, here they have made some Bitcoin price predictions, since we are almost at the end of 2025, they said that by 2025 the price of Bitcoin could cross 150k and from 2025 to 2027 the price of Bitcoin will increase a lot more which could be 200k. By 2030 the price of Bitcoin could be 250k and by 2032 the price of Bitcoin will hit 300k.

Bitcoin Price Prediction 2025-2026
Bitcoin price started in 2025 at $92,310.89. Today, Bitcoin traded at $110,707.36, so the price increased by 20% from the beginning of the year. The forecasted Bitcoin price at the end of 2025 is $151,287 - and the year to year change +64%. The rise from today to year-end: +37%. In the first half of 2026, the Bitcoin price will climb to $173,959; in the second half, the price would add $20,876 and close the year at $194,835, which is +76% to the current price.

Anyway I got more ideas from them and I appreciate their comments. I hope if Bitcoin really moves towards its future according to their chart it will be great for every Bitcoin investor. And since I have been accumulating Bitcoin little by little using DCA method for a long time, and I plan to hold it for a long time, and I will try to hold it until 2030.

This is interesting Bitcoin price future forecast https://coinpriceforecast.com/bitcoin-forecast-2020-2025-2030 and it show significant growth of Bitcoin.

Although there's no assurance that it will happen but at least we see something realistic figures that Bitcoin might reach in future.

We can't be so sure if those given figures 0.5 to buy a decent home would came up, but one thing is for sure there's good chance that volume would decrease and provably in future we can buy a decent home by using 1 BTC in future.

Traders still expect a Fed rate cut in September.

September to December are usually slow months. However, I think these few months are going to be an interesting month for every investor. I think these months will be different from each other and I expect that we will see Bitcoin Altcoin Ethereum seasons running in the market between September and December. However, I am willing to just wait.

Re: Reasons to use only Discretionary Income for Bitcoin investment.
by

on 27/08/2025, 12:25:05 UTC
When you are using only your discretionary income to invest in Bitcoin it means you are investing with peace of mind. Even if Bitcoin falls, your life, bills, and responsibilities stay safe and intact, so use only your Discretionary income for Bitcoin investment or accumulation.

The market is always risky, but they need to be aware of investing in Bitcoin. I think investing in Bitcoin does not mean standing as a support for their later life, let's say a person cannot swim in water and he is using a life jacket for language in water and he can easily float in water because he is using a life jacket. Similarly, if he does not have much money and does not mean buying too much Bitcoin at once, he can easily store Bitcoin using the DCA method. And if he uses the DCA method, his Bitcoin holding time will also be long, because his fixed balance is not yet complete, so he should deposit more Bitcoin.

So the question is, can one becomes addicted to trading same way gambling can be addictive?

If yes what are the sign to know that one is becoming a trading addicts?

I think trading is not addictive, but yes trading is completely different from gambling, because in trading if a person loses some money, he can learn more from it, and he can learn more about what he has in which subject while trading. But yes if trading is addictive then every investor is constantly inclined to addiction. However I think since trading takes a long time to learn, every trader has to spend a lot of time here due to which they can also be called addicted. However losing or winning in trading is completely made from his own experience and strategy, it is not gambling where it is controlled by any casino company. However I think if a trader gets too addicted to learning trading then it is good for him and I support it. It is good to be addicted to trading because this addiction will one day lead him to success.

H100 Group ($H100, $GS9, $HOGPF) has purchased an additional 46.22 BTC at an average price of SEK 1,081,863 per BTC.

Total BTC holdings: 957.5 BTC

Another corporate BTC treasury play: H100 Group adds 46.22 BTC, bringing total holdings to 957.5 BTC. This continued stacking by public companies underscores persistent institutional demand and strengthens the narrative of Bitcoin as a strategic reserve asset.

Gambling can be for entertainment only, it should not be considered as a means of earning money. When someone is more inclined to gamble to earn money they always lose their money, and when they try to gamble more than 1% of their weekly income or even more than that, they are leaning towards addiction. So they should avoid this addiction because once he becomes completely addicted to gambling, he is prone to losing his original money. Yes he can gamble but once every week or 2 to 3 times a month, then he should keep a fixed amount, when he loses his fixed amount he should stop it. Because if he deposits money there to start again, it will become a bad habit for him.

(Royal Group) owns around $700 million worth of BTC through its Catadel mining farm.

Royal Group is a large Abu Dhabi-based conglomerate controlled by Sheikh Tahnoon bin Zayed Al Nahyan. They use a company called Citadel mining farm to mine the cryptocurrency Bitcoin. From there, they can estimate that they have holdings of around seven million worth of Bitcoin. And they consider Bitcoin as a reserve asset.

Re: Sometimes its good to have patience in gambling.
by
Jaksonhard
on 25/08/2025, 16:31:38 UTC
Just like the title said, sometimes cashing out early is not good. Because I have often come across several threads in this gambling discussion about gamblers that normally cash out early, due to fear of losing the hole money, then at last they end up regretting. However, I decided to try some luck in the premier league with $1 to win $59, and all the three games was draw through out, lucky enough two played as predicted on Saturday, it was remaining Chelsea and Crystal palace for the game to complete 3/3 reaching this morning they now gave me $29 Cash out I was like having double thought that Chelsea would going to win Crystal palace, but to my greatest surprised Crystal palace was able to make my dream come true.

Below is my first achievement of the season..

Winning a bet is a matter of luck, but some people like to cash out, so they are afraid to take large bets. However, if you have enough money to deposit and gamble, then it is reasonable to cash out from there, but you are one of the very lucky people who won. However, I think that cashing out is a very bad sign, a gambler who is greedy for money can cash out quickly.
But those who enter the win for fun are mainly regular gamblers and get pleasure from gambling.

Winning in gambling always attracts luck. When their luck is in their favor, they can make good profits, if their luck is in the opposite direction, they cannot win there even if they have a lot of money. Some people accumulate a lot of money in gambling to win big, and when they start losing there, they cannot stop themselves due to which they lose all their money. Many people do not like to cash out because they start for bigger wins, however I think it is foolish if they take gambling as a job in their entire life, since there is always risk in gambling, so they should refrain from such strategies, yes if they play gambling as entertainment then it is very easy to control them and they play gambling not for earning money but for pleasure, which keeps them away from some such bad habits.

Metaplanet company, they have bought 103 Bitcoins today again like in the past and added them to their main holdings. However, I can say that Metaplanet is an aggressive Bitcoin buying company, buying Bitcoins regularly on a weekly basis. They are the most aggressive in Bitcoin buying, which is why many treasury companies have followed Microstrategy company and Metaplnet company and made Bitcoin holdings.

Bitcoin’s price retreated below $112,000 as Japan’s Metaplanet announced the purchase of an additional 103 BTC worth approximately $11.7 million, bringing its total holdings to 18,991 BTC valued at roughly $2.2 billion.

The announcement comes as FTSE Russell confirmed Metaplanet’s inclusion in the FTSE Japan Index, upgrading the company from small-cap to mid-cap status in its September 2025 semi-annual review. The index inclusion, set to take effect after market close on September 19, marks a significant milestone for corporate Bitcoin treasury strategies.

(Metaplanet’s inclusion in the FTSE Japan Index creates a regulated route for BTC exposure and paves the way for other Bitcoin-forward companies to join major benchmarks. Passive flows into the FTSE indices could channel institutional capital into Metaplanet, offering indirect Bitcoin exposure.)

Re: Bitcoin is more than an investment it is a belief
by
Jaksonhard
on 24/08/2025, 01:54:14 UTC
BITCOIN IS MORE THAN AN INVESTMENT IT IS A BELIEF

When Bitcoin was sold at $5.27 in 2012 many people did not believe in it. At the end of the year Bitcoin was sold at $13 from there it skyrocketed to $1000 in 2013 hitting a milestone.     When it reached $60,000 in 2021 some said it is too late to invest in bitcoin.

The truth is that Bitcoin isn't all about price but vision, courage and patience.
Even now that Bitcoin's price is at $114k I still think that it is never too late to invest in it, some people are still saying that it is too late now that its price is at $114k and history will repeat itself again when it skyrocket to $150k and more. Many people doubted Bitcoin in its early days and even though Bitcoin's journey has been remarkable over the years, many still don't believe in it probably because they lack the courage and patience to invest in Bitcoin

I appreciate your opinion, I don't think it will be too expensive to invest in Bitcoin at the present time, but anyway Bitcoin is the largest and most trusted currency in the world, where people can easily trust and invest. I think no matter how high the price of Bitcoin is, it cannot change their investment mindset because Bitcoin always thinks of going up, yes although there may be some dumping due to some problems, but if it doesn't happen like a war.

Anyway, the current market price of Bitcoin is 115k which I think is still a great time to invest in Bitcoin.
Because I believe Bitcoin will break its highest ATH very soon and create a new ATH again, and I expect Bitcoin to be 130k by December.
