Holding is always a good option. But we have to be careful about what we are holding I mean if I hold a good coin like BTC, eth,xrp, etc then I can say for sure that we all can make a good profit from these coins. But holding new coins or shitcoins is too risky for anyone.

Actually, there are many reasons but simply.
1. The Shitcoin, very natural for this coin has no transactions.
2. The Market is not popular. there are many markets that do have few transactions even though they are class coins like Bitcoin, Ethereum, and Ripple.
