Thanks for all that info Lauren. The thing with this is, even if it seemed impossible to me (10% a day), you have some hope, that you are one of the few who is going to take advantage. When you get contacted the first time with that kind of offer you think all but realistically. From now on I will of course know, but it's a totally different thing the first time.
I think the thing that saved me was the fact I already invested in Bitcoin and her offer was very suspicious, but I was hoping this was a new method and so on... You start dreaming but you shouldn't I know

If you even considering investing then you truelly are a fool. Can you do arithmetic? Is your IQ at least 100? You can use google? You can think?
I cannot believe people fall for this when good money could be invested on legit projects.
Let us use our brain over here and take 5 minutes yes just 5 minutes to do reseach.

$2600 for a 56TH miner. We will completely ignore the cost of electricity and make it free. We will also ignore shipping costs.
56TH = $300/month at currency difficulty.
If the difficulty remains the same. Which it won't then $2600/300= 9 months +- then you break even and then you make $300 per month for a few months untill the miner becomes almost useless.
Now let us totally ignore anything about bitcoin mining and just use our brain
10%/day = 300% a month.
So if we invest $2600 as well we get $7800 a month and if you believe that you really are fucking stupid.
If you do this for 9 months you will have
month 1 $7800
month 2 $23400
month 3 $70200
month 4 $210600
month 5 $631800
month 6 $1895400
month 7 $586200
month 8 $17058600
month 9 $51175800
So apparent in 9 months $2600 will make you 51 million. ANd you actually entertaining this idea.
Go back to grade 2 dude. Learn basic maths.

Honestly, people who fall for this I have a hard time calling them a victim and I have a hard time calling the person asking you for your money a scammer because it is just so stupid. He asked you for money and you thinking of handing it over. Hilerious.

Why do you even bother if I already said he was blocked and everything was settled in? I'm also going to tell you something dude... Have some goddamn respect. Tell me, did I mention in my post I'm going to fall for this scam? I used my brain and posted here because I am not experienced with it, but atleast I posted here because I think and I don't just go for everything. This is what acctually saved me.
And then you come here insulting me because I share a profile, to maybe even educate others? This post is going to end up in Google for future people and it will help them to not fall for the scams. Should we go to 2nd grade together? I will go for maths and you will go to learn how to behave. Everyone else was helpfull and they explained everything nicely, your insults weren't necessary.

Please share that scammer's profile links and some proof of chat history, so that other user could report him. Thanks God that you save yourself and share with this community. And obviously this would be lesson also for other users.

The sad thing is he probably is going to open a new account and do it again... However, we just stopped a scammer, he had loads of people that he could potentially scam, she was following everyone I know. This way we make them lose time and we are saving people's money ThumbsUp!The user on Instagram was reported.
Maybe you guys can also report her/him, or should I write to Instagram. This kind of people are a great danger to people who don't understand Bitcoin or don't have second thoughts.

last week I was contacted by someone on Instagram. They said if I invest with them into Bitcoin, I will get 10% ROI every day and at the end of the month I will receive the payout. He said the minimum deposit is 0.05 BTC.
He said this:
I work under a mining software service which is responsible for providing good mining hash rates and there's a target of bitcoins to be mined under the pool so by offering cloud mining services we're able to generate high traffic which increases mining speed so we can work more efficiently to each our targets and by doing so we offer profits to investors in return.
At first this seemed like a good offer but I don't know, I'm not that experienced with Bitcoin. He also has a certificate of Certified Blockchain Expert. He has quite a lot of followers and the Instagram profile is quite old. I think if this was a scam they would report the profile? I would rather not share the profile...
I would like some opinions from you experienced people please
