I made a $ 760 deposit on my account 377087449 in crypto, and started playing. I was losing something, I was gaining something, but I had less than $ 760 in crypto on my account.

After 5 hours, they replied: "We want to inform you, that our company decided to stop any collaboration with you (closing your account).
The decision was made after a careful investigation of the situation by our security service. The decision is based on a violation of the Terms and Conditions. ".
I could not believe that they wrote this to me, without any explanation. I tried to log in to my account again, but to no avail.

I then sent a message to Support of 1xbit, and they returned this: "Dear User, All information has been provided to you by our Security Department. Further messages on the same issue will be ignored."

Is this normal? So I have $ 730 in crypto on my account, how is it possible for them to stop cooperating with me without returning my deposited money? Is this a mistake or is it a total scam? Please help, I'm new here, I do not know what to do. This is my first 1xbit account and I'm betting there for the first time. I do not know what to do anymore, I'm crazy. Will I get my money back? Please help

All informations I sent to security and support and they don't wanat to help me. I asking just to withdraw my 730 usdt, it is smallest than my deposit of money. I am still in lose, but what they are doing to me? Why do this to me and not allow me login and withdraw my money who left on my account low than my deposit?

As far as I can see, mate, you had some issues with their sec dep. You should carefully read their T&Cs to see what they can do with your account in case of any suspicious activities, etc. Guys, this is a common problem that I see throughout this niche. Most of us (me including) ignore reading the T&Cs before creating an account. And even after we are blocked in a particular casino, we don't go there to see what rights do we have according to the official documents. It's a pity, but this is true.

You are not even online for almost 4 years and now dropping here Lecturing players about reading T&C?

have you tried reading this thread at least 1 whole year back? then tell us about that T&C thing?

this casino has been scamming hundreds if not thousands of Players over the years , and those count are the account that come here in Bitcointalk forum for their claims, so what more those players that has no Idea of this section?

yeah we must be banned or freeze if we violate Rules but at least this site must prove that accusation but what happened? they are hiding about their privacy thing and denied proving what cases violated by those victims .

Why attack me? Am I using one of those signatures or claiming myself their official rep? I write what I see and what I know. And as far as I can see, most cases look very similar (a message from the sec dep about rules breaking). I have some gambling experience and many friends who dealt with various casinos and I know very well how most of the gamblers act when they register accounts. "yeah we must be banned or freeze if we violate Rules but at least this site must prove that accusation but what happened?" Do you know what happens on the other side? We don't know those guys and we can't be sure that there was no rule-breaking. We have one-side image of all those situations. That's all we have. To tell the truth, I don't give a f... about 1xbit as I have never even thought about registering there (I have a couple of accounts in other casinos). Simply this thread is up in the list of threads and this interested me to see what's inside. I looked through many complaints and I see the same thing and idea inside. I wrote my opinion for what I was attacked:)

This is a good approach, I think, what you wrote below your general idea. If you grab the jackpot, this is another story. But most of us are truly the losers when it comes to casino winning and even if we win something, those winnings are covered by even greater losses.

The first analogue ICO hack illegally taking control of the entirety of the ICO funds without breaking into a single crypto wallet might have happened. The value of the EVN token fell ~50% almost instantly.

However, until it is absolutely certain that who is causing this, I will reserve judgement.

Anyways, this is a mess at the moment. Surely, it looks like an exit scam, and I can only think about loosing my invested assets completely. But I believe noone had the intention from Envion to not deliver the planned and promised service.
