First get all your coins off your wallets & exchanges as accounts are most likely compromised, then send them all to a fresh cold storage wallet.

Save that wallet to usb, or if its blockchain, remember the seed.

Then scan PC for malware using Avira, wipe all malware, and you should be good to go!
