Re: If banks start to talk about Bitcoin ...
by
JarvisTechnology
on 10/07/2015, 14:44:39 UTC
Banks are still doubtful about Bitcoin. Because the whole system needs to stabilize. And for stabilizing , they need big companies to associate with them. And big companies won't integrate their payment method , until BTC gets stabilized .So it's a vicious cycle of expecting and executing. The concept is amazing , only thing which they lack of is reliability .

Re: How is it possible for fiat to "disappear"?
by
JarvisTechnology
on 10/07/2015, 14:41:46 UTC
Well , the very first thing i would like to put it up here is that fiat cannot just disappear into thin air. It is impossible for such thing to happen.  The authorities must be well informed of the fact. And people need to be fully aware of where they put their money into. They should not just sit back and rely with their eyes close , they need to keep regular updates.

Re: Question on Hayek and Libertarianism
by

on 10/07/2015, 14:33:14 UTC
In a society where ample number of resources are available ,i believe we only need a few of them .One one condition though. The few resources should be present in abundance . A liberatarian is a walking contradiction. As somewhere in his book itself ,he is against protectionism but supports minimum wages.Maybe the whole thing has to do with the dynamic technological environment.

Re: Greek Plan Accepts Austerity to Get Debt Relief
by
JarvisTechnology
on 10/07/2015, 14:28:10 UTC
Tsipras is doing what he can with the country . Now adoption of an austerity plan to get debt relief. Although he asked the citizens to go for a "No". But he's playing an ironical move here. Things are vulnerable at present. Greece's one mistake , even a minutest mistake can make it pay huge bucks. The country will suffer along with its people , they cannot afford even a slightest mistake.

Re: Uber says denies plans to accept bitcoin payments

So integrating with Bitcoin , comes with a lot of risk. But then again, if you don't initiate ,how can you expect something to grow. Companies need to let go of their conservatism and look at the brighter approach. Blockchain technology by Bitcoin , is something which is convenient and easy to grow. Big companies are waiting for Bitcoin to stabilise , but atleast someone needs to make first move to make that happen.

Well i appreciate your efforts to research about it and putting the information together in an intact manner. I'm surprised as to why , Indian banks are not supporting Bitcoins? I see many developed and developing countries in the list , except ofcourse India .India needs to be careful as it is still on its developing stage and struggling towards a major role in global economy.

Re: Why on this earth most of the post only related to Greece Crisis ?
by

on 10/07/2015, 13:54:05 UTC
The amusing thing is ,you were complaining about something you just started. You just gave birth to another thread relating to Greece crisis. Yes even i see most of the threads are related to Greece crisis. But you surely missed out the Bitcoin part. Bitcoin is involved in almost all the conversations. So it doesn't really matter if the topic is recurring as long as Bitcoin is involved.

Re: Why PEOPLE are so dumb ? (Greek Paypal/Banks closed)

All right let's suppose that Greeks have employed their wealth in Bitcoin. Do you really think Bitcoin will be able to manage the bucks of 10 Million people. Let's talk sense here. People are still getting over the crisis , instead of imposing something which the masses are not aware about at all , why not make the improvisation with their current situation?

Re: Let's Be Honest. We Are Waiting for $100/BTC to buy
by

There are serious doubts about the hope we are all keeping in our hearts. Do you really think it will go down to 100$? There is a possibility that it might go down to 200 ,but it is like once in a thousand lifetimes chance. People who bought it at the range of 500-600 will surely be pissed off by such dismantling of the price. Well you never know ,these days everything is pretty much unpredictable.

Re: Tell me your predictions about Bitcoin
by
JarvisTechnology
on 10/07/2015, 13:20:21 UTC
Bitcoin in the next five years. It may become the mainstream payment method. But to turn into that ,bitcoin needs to make itself familiar to the large section of the population. Take for instance , credit/debit cards. People are familiar with it ,which is why they put their faith into it. Bitcoin needs to remove the mysterious air around it. Only then i believe it can grow and develop.

This is a good initiative ,i must say.But i have pretty much lost my faith in the startups. Basically dealing with my wealth without any proper authority. I appreciate your move , but you should infact try making it more reliable. I've seen websites like these , stealing away what a user has. Anyway , the referral incentive system is quite appealing , i must say.

Re: Gambling - A Factor in Increase/Decrease of BTC Price
by
JarvisTechnology
on 10/07/2015, 13:11:29 UTC
There are other factors which hold much more importance for determining the price of BTC , they may vary from miners to demand and supply. Gambling is something , which remains mostly untouched. People with good experience with bitcoins , practice this. If you look at the cap of BTC in the market , not even 40% is due to gambling. So basically there are other significant factors.

Re: Which country looses the most when Bitcoin becomes the Currency of Planet Earth
by
JarvisTechnology
on 10/07/2015, 13:07:38 UTC
If Bitcoin becomes the universal currency , well this discussion can have diversified aspects. The states would have to drop their currency ,in order to unite with the other ones. And i don't see the possibility of this in near future. However if this happens ever, countries with low development rate and bad internet infrastructure will suffer . The developed ones will the enjoy the benefits.

Re: Advice on buying a house (Netherlands, Amsterdam)
by

on 10/07/2015, 13:04:02 UTC
Real estate is on an all time low period. So it doesn't really matter where you put your money to. Since , Berlin is the new hotspot of investors ,go for it. Also you should compare the construction rates , and mobility from your property. Real estate will take up some time to grow , but gradually it will climb up. Amsterdam also has a few rules , which were liberalized recently.

by

We are in green for the 5th week in a row and bitcoin has seen 16x increase in value in the past.
It is impossible that a nation or government will declare bitcoin as its national currency, how they can control it? Only an anarchy can support bitcoin as currency not even a democracy.

Re: Speculation: Greece abandons the euro and adopts bitcoin
by

on 09/07/2015, 18:08:12 UTC
This kind of speculation is impractial, way too impractical. Greece did abandon euros but adopting bitcoin is a different thing.People need to look at things with more pragmatic approach . They can't just sit back and make the assumptions. Things look easy when said ,but they're not.Trust me , they are not. Not is Greece case though.

We do not need Bad marketing , people need to get the fuck away. If they can't talk good about something , they need to shut their mouth. Like seriously? Please Just stop and focus on your business. Bitcoin is doing wonders to the society.People need to see that and appreciate that. And Bitcoin is getting appraisal worldwide, so it is least affected by the criticism.

by

I would not like to fully support any of the situation. People entrusting their faith fully in bitcoins ,well that's kind of unacceptable. Don't you think people might find it amusing that a person is getting a loan to buy bitcoins. Like seriously? In an era ,where majority is not informed properly about bitcoins , people would leave gold or other standard currency to buy bitcoins? NO.

Re: Amazon is going to accept bitcoin in the near future
by

on 09/07/2015, 17:40:27 UTC
Amazon people are lethargic when it comes to the execution of the suggestions. Amazon doesn't even provide proper Paypal support. About Bitcoin , i think it will take close to 5 years to get into its payment options list. But then again , we should never stop hoping for the best.Bitcoin and Amazon will make an efficient combination because they both are customer friendly.
