As you can see there is a transaction stuck for ~2 weeks, i tried doing self sends as other places recommended but all the transactions refer to the previous stuck one because of the nonce. Any ideas on how to get this unstuck?

What you're asking for is not an escrow, its a reshipping service, i suggest checking out Shipito, i do not guarantee or affiliate with them in any way but i used their services before.

You should also state how much can you go up to (can you buy orders of a 1000€ or just up to a 100?) And if you take escrow or not.
