In my opinion, this is one of those rare coins that has the potential to actually make a person rich with minimal investment. There's just so much happening with Snet it's unbelievable. Don't take my word, go do some research.

Just try to imagine how it feels to be owed $1,700 for Q3 ad $300 for Q 4 and then you are told, "for Q3 we aren't going to give ou $1,700 as we promised but instead we will give you 40,000 Ambercoins."

If they do pay out Q4 I will essentially be getting 40,000 Ambercoins plus $300.

Photoshopped vans: where are the pictures of the "vans" that the company owns that the dev promised he would produce?

Alpinist is clearly the dev because the 2 make exactly the same grammatical mistake with "a" and "an" and I've never heard any other human being on the planet use "a" and "an" the way that Ambercoindev does.....with the exception of Alpinist!!

Payout: The title of this thread still says "10k AMBER=0,01% SHARES | BUY, HOLD $ GET DIVIDENDS in BTC/$" but we were just told that we are getting dividends in Amber at a price that is more than three times the current market value.

And yet despite all of the above, people on here are still supporters?

And don't tell me that you support Amber because you own a ton of Amber and WANT this to be real....that's not a reason. I am owed $2,000 so I want this to be real more than anymore but facts are facts.

I would like to ask ONE shareholder other than Alpinist (for reasons already stated) to come forward that voted to be paid in Ambercoin over btc. That should be easy since according to voting results there were many shareholders that voted to be paid in Ambercoin over BTC, right?

If ONE real person can come on here and explain your reasoning for voting to be paid in Amber over btc, I will shut my mouth.

 "You can check a plenty of info"  and "the more requests from a reputable members" and "it's very profitable to list an AmberCoin for any exchange now"

Now compare Ambercoindev's incorrect use of "a" and "an" to the following posts from Alpinist:

"yesterday I have visited an Amber Trade's office in Lithuania."

I was double clicking Amber.exe in the unzipped folder. To fix it I selected the qt and dll file and unzipped them to the desktop and voila.

Yes that's what I meant....I saved it as Ambercoin.conf

As far as running anything as admin, the problem is that I downloaded the zip file for the new wallet from the Ambercoin site (named ambercoin-qt-win-v3.0.0.3) and when I open it I see 2 files

AmberCoin-qt.exe
qrcodelib.dll

So I click AmberCoin-qt.exe and that's when I get the following message:

The program can't start because qrcodelib.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem.

This is so frustrating!!

Guys I'm still having a hard time with this damn wallet! Socal PM'd me with the config stuff which I copied into notepad and saved as Amber.conf in the correct folder but still nothing is synching.

When I downloaded the new wallet from the Amber website and tried to install it, it said

qrcodelib.dll is missing

even though in the damn folder I see Amber.exe and qrcodelib.dll

It SUCKS to be a neverending noob at this crap bus seriously I don't know what to do and I want my vote to count!! Like I said, I had around 200k shares IIRC so my vote will be huge....if I can just get this damn wallet to synch. UGH.......

I must say, things are looking very promising for Ambercoin. It's funny....I have such mixed feelings because part of me wants Amber to be real since I am owed $1700 from Q3, and part of me says "wait, if they pay me then that means I made one of the biggest financial mistakes of my life by selling my shares  "

In any case, it's looking more and more like I made the wrong decision in selling my shares!

I would like to share with all of you the reason that I decided to dump all of my coins in October.  Here is the reason......


After the dev admitted that the vans were photoshopped, I asked him if he could post pictures of the real vans and as you see from the quote above, he said he would. But he never did.

So I PM'd the dev and asked why he didn't post any pictures of the vans as promised and here is what he told me:


In other words, first he admitted that the vans were photo-shopped, then he said he would take a picture of the vans and then when I pressed him further, he said "well I can't take a picture because all of our vans have been repainted with political ads."

1. Why on earth would a real company need to photoshop a van?

2. What are the realistic chances that exactly at the moment that I ask for proof that the vans really exist, they JUST SO HAPPEN to have been repainted and therefore no pictures could be provided???  I mean yes it's possible, but highly HIGHLY unlikely.

When I then combined these 2 facts with the fact that the q3 dividends were delayed, THAT'S when I dumped my coins.

Another thing that really REALLY concerned me was that in October 2015 Gemcoin devs were busted when they raised 32 million dollars by falsely claiming that they owned a bunch of.....you guessed it, AMBER MINES. They also told investors that Gemcoins would become shares and would pay dividends based on the profits from the Amber mines.

In other words Gemcoin pulled the EXACT SAME SCAM as Ambercoin and the dev was busted in October of this year!!  Again I was very surprised that this news story was never mentioned in this thread!

I have kept my mouth shut until now about the vans and the PM and Gemcoins because honestly I still had hope that I would get my dividends. But at this point I am so certain that this is a scam that I really don't care anymore.

I'm really sorry that so many of you lost a lot of money in this. And I'm sorry for me too.

Has anything been mentioned by the dev about a possible payout date? We are now 2 months late and I know many of us would be happy even with an approximate guesstimate at this point....
