When is it planned to have Faba listed on exchanges? Soon after STO ends or after the first round of investments?
I really hope that Faba wont go for exchange until everything is working properly.Many projects got ruined due listing too early without having any use for their tokens.
I'm not worried about that when it comes to Faba. You can by the STO structure that they do no intend to rush anything.

Reason for having higher minimum might be fact that soft cap is reached so team is mostly focused on bigger investors,who could maybe even afford to get enough FABA to have voting rights,as you need $2000 worth of tokens for that.
The soft cap has been already reached. Big investors usually join ICOs in private sale. The minimum investment of the second round should be lower to let more investors join the ICO. It can also causes the tokens to be distributed among more people. Now there is nothing to attract those who didn't invest the first round. The minimum investment is higher and there is no bonus.
If someone is interested in the project would have invested in the first round and there is no need for the second round.
There is no need for this project to have a lot of small investors.This project is not about decentralization.This is capitalism.You either have voting rights or you don't.Faba is security tokens, you get shares of Faba when you invest and if you have enough shares you make decisions about companies investments and direction.

Well it is not that big investment if you ask me, it is just decent, so guess no shares.
Every Faba investor has both shares and Faba tokens.
This is what enables us to deliver dividends to our investors.
People are still in same mindset as if we were talking about utility tokens.They forget that this is security token and that it works like stocks do so everyone actually gets the shares and dividends according to their investment.
Exactly, STO is something much needed in crypto space and security tokens are going to surely take over simply because they offer much safer conditions for investors. Faba is one of the examples of what is going to become standard pretty soon.

Usually only seed investors get shares of the company but question is whether CCT Consulting counts as one or just as normal investor,in that case no shares.
Seems to me that CCT consulting institutional investor and usually they join sale with different terms compared to the regular investors.
You are most likely right, since their funds do come in 2 rounds.First round is 1.12 millions and second round is some time after first one with 2 millions USD.

What you plan to do with unsold tokens, in case you don't reach hard cap?
I don't want to be ignorant and say that they will be burned simply because this is first security token I have been dealing with so it might be a bit different with security tokens then what usual practice is when it comes to utility tokens.

Can you tell the incentives that you plan to offer to merchants and regular users to use Agate? How many users do you expect to have using the platform in first 6 months after the launch?
This will be the key problem, to get all those retailers on board, and so far we see that they are doing good job regarding that.
It is a good thing that Agate is getting those big retailer chains with them,it will be much easier to attract smaller ones later on,when they see that big chains are using Agate solutions.
The most important question is what is the point for networks to switch to this method of payment? I do not see any normal business owner and who knows how to count the numbers who would agree to work under such conditions.
Lower fees i think, as usually card companies take 2-3% from every transaction,an with agate having much lower fees,it should pay off easily.

Transaction fee will be 0.1 AGT. Thats considerably less than standards fees.

I think there will be no mining when it comes to Agate. Agate will be POS.

Since it will be proof of stake system,it will be abit more complicated than that.
Yeah, it won't be a wallet kind of staking, it will be staking through pools.
How will that work? I have never tried staking that way before, usually you have a wallet and you put it in the staking mode and that is it.How much AGT do we need to stake? Is 1 AGT for example going to be enough to theoretically stake?
When Agate main net is released then you will have more public pools and you will be able to join them and then stake your AGT in one of the pools you choose. If that option is not for you, you can also run your own masternode instead.
What are the requirements to run your own masternode? I presume it won't be cheap to run one on your own.
You will need to have 50k AGT tokens to run the masternode, so if you pick up the calculator you will see that it will actually be cheaper the most of the masternodes so far.
It turns out that we need 3.8k USD to run masternode, that is not that cheap to me lol

It would be great to be able to estimate ROI, it would be much easier to make decision about masternode investment.Unfortunately that is impossible to predict and project this early into the sale. After main ner gets out and Agate is listed on exchange then we will know much more.

Any news about main net release, team said Q1 2019., so it would be nice to get some updates on that so we can prepare for beta.
I'm pretty sure there will be an update soon since we are finally in 2019. and things are improving with the market along with more and more good news coming in like Bakkt.ICO's should recover a bit with their ETH tied funds so I expect everything to pick up the pace in the coming weeks.

Market is showing some signs of movement with volumes going higher and ETH has reclaimed the #2 spot on CMC so I presume that time is ticking on early bird offer.Time to grab some more while the opportunity is still present.

How much business are using Geelus the latest partner?That number can indicate a potential number of new merchants that it will bring to Agate.
Geelus has more then 2000 business using their services, even if half of their network start using Agate too it would be great, but most likely Agate services will be offered through Geelus network to all of their businesses as another option.

What im worried is whether will this long bear market affect adoption of crypto,and slow down projects like Agate(and all others really) because people will be less inclined to use crypto if this situation continues for longer period of time,like 2-3 years.
This bear market might delay mass adoption and thats it,but projects like Agate are future and so we shouldnt worry too much,especially since Agate reached soft cap so team ahs funds to continue with development.
It is inevitable, bear market slows everything down, you can compare to fiat crisis. Works the same. Less money circulation, more fear and doubts, people try to keep safe what they already have.

I personally don't like to use fingerprint.There are any dangers and potential issues when you use fingerprint as a protection.
I don't see any danger in using a fingerprint as additional layer of protection, why would that be dangerous?
Sometime 'more secure, less comfortable', protection with biometrics will certainly provide a double level of security. However, biometrics on the other hand is very sensitive to changes, for example when we experience injuries and there are changes to our fingerprints, it can be that this method will not work optimally. Just opinion.
Thats true,nothing is 100% safe, but i still think that we are going in right direction when it comes to security,its still better than just password protection.
People often forget or don't even consider that safety of their data is 100% down to them.If you are taking care of your data and educate yourself your data will be safe.

Someone correct me if I'm wrong but by the pictures on agate website, seems to me that Mastercard will issue their cards. I can see something similar to mastercard logo on their card, maybe that's the clue.
I dont know anything about mastercard but admin on telegram group told me that we can expect cards after mainnet relase,so that means in Q1 2019.They mentioned Intercash as one of the solutions they plan to use for now.

I see that digital idenitity is important part of lyunked world,maybe even crucial,but what are the advantages of that?
I assume that user identification will not require additional verification once the documents are uploaded to the Lynked.World database.
For me, main advantage is ease of use as it will always be with me on my phone, and I won't need to worry whether I have documents with me.
It will be possible to sot out things like background checks, booking and stuff like that much easier and faster, by only sharing QR code.

Any partner that invests in Lynked.World over a certain amount of funds get their tokens locked for a year.

I have no clue to be honest, but I would like to know will I have an option to get one too as a normal investor?
I think it would be good if big investors get free POS,since its not that expensive,something around 150 usd.

A point of sale terminal (POS terminal) is an electronic device used to process card payments at retail locations, do not confuse it with Proof Of Stake(POS) algorithm that Agate will use when their own blockchain goes live.
Ae these points of sale terminals expensive? Are they easy to implement with the infrastructure of business owners?
Price of one POS terminal should be $150 so i think that shouldnt be problem for any retailer.

When AGT goes live with main net you will have option to buy them with almost any currency and cryptocurrency
