Did you provide them all the info they needed for the issue? Yeah online services can have a lot of problems esp.if they go down because they're all run by small companies.

I have the same question. You list is nice but it does not show if the service provider is supporting MetaTrader. I used Metatrader for ForexTrading and I would like to use it for crypto trading (Bitcoin and altcoins) as well, but I could not find a service yet. I mainly trade on 1Broker and as far as I know it does not support any external trading tool

there is not any Forex Broker which doesn't have MetaTrader.
If you see potential in cryptocurrency, you should just invest. dont be put off by the volatility and the price going up and down. All free markets will have this kind of price movement, it is completely normal. as long as you have a good reason to invest, you should. Just dont invest if you only expect the price to go up.
i can't withdraw my coins from poloniex, i think they are SCAM
Im regretting my decision to use poloniex. I am having troubles withdrawing from them as well.Im having problems with poloniex while trying to withdraw my coins. it is quite slow, but I heard good things about them. You cant completely trust 100% in an online exchange. They aren't regulated by a central agency or anything.
why wouldn't shorting be profitable? If you short in the next big dump/crash, you would be able to make a lot of money. instead of buying low and selling high, you just short high and buy back low.
ON the previous week, not only altcoin dump but also bitcoin and I have lost a big amount of money in that dump. Damn it. Everything was ridiculouos
you need to be very much careful. the market usually take correction at that time which cause the price of decrease but not too much. you just need to hold your bitcoin and not to sell it in such situation. i think through this way you can really prevent yourself from a big lost. i think the best thing is to study about the coin where we are are going to invest money.
