Honestly I am new to it all in general, but I have done some research on them in the past. talkgold.com is a good site where lots of investors keep spreadsheets of ROI%, etc..

And yes, its a ponzi. Its an HYIP site. If you get in at the right times, they can be very profitable but very risky as well. Ive learned about them on talkgold.com
