Apologies for the shitty formatting.  I am aware that all Antminer's will vary on Hashrate given the luck of the draw, but would a manually configured difficulty produce a higher hashrate? This brings us back full circle to my initial question, are all shares equal and is maximizing amount of shares the objective?

I would be curious to see if fixing the plug fixed your Invalid %. I have 4 s9's and leave the work diff alone and let them do their thing. The seem to do fine and even better recently.

No, ramp up is for your total hash rate. Each miner would have to "ramp up". However, if you have one die, you could plug in a spare and it would "take over" that ramp/hash.

Yes, this block and the previous block were quite low. I did notice an increase from the last block but still overall lower. We were around 53 or 54 ph last block, now that we are closer to 60,61 there are a bit more, but still lower than previous.

The payouts are sent when we find out next block (for free) unless someone else picks up our payment (at low fee) first. I can see the pending payment in my wallet (electrum).

Yeah the failover and failback seems to have changed all the difficulties for the miners and threw more invalids. First time I've ever been higher than the pool invalids.

Our last block payout was picked up for low fee. Kano on top of it. (Does he sleep or is he some unheard of A.I.)

I seem to be the same, 2 out of my 3 s9's did not fail over, hard to tell on my third because I don't remember the exact number of get works it had. I had a lot of errors for shift Mutsumi. As usual Kano was on top of things. Much thanks to the most excellent pool host.

Consolidating: Each payout you receive does make a total in your wallet, however when you go to spend, transfer, sell, etc. Each transaction accessed cost extra transaction fees. To avoid higher fees later it is suggested to consolidate all your payouts into 1 coin if you will.

I went out for a smoke, came back in to a block. The kano.is page said 4m, took another 5m to get the notification from ckpool app for android, but still no issues. I did notice with the new update you need to hit the home button on your phone to keep the app running, if you hit the back button it exits the app. If you are having problems this may be your solution.
