Below is the present snapshot of my Workers page. Ironically although I'd let them run for a few weeks without tinkering to test them, I just noticed today that worker #1 had 1 PCI-E connector loose and I'm not sure how long it had been that way... it's now been fixed as of maybe 1 hour ago, whether that impacts the numbers, you tell me. (Just refresh'd my workers page and we hit a block,

)

Apologies for the shitty formatting. I am aware that all Antminer's will vary on Hashrate given the luck of the draw, but would a manually configured difficulty produce a higher hashrate? This brings us back full circle to my initial question,
are all shares equal and is maximizing amount of shares the objective? Thanks in advance for your help Kano friends.
I guess I picked the right time to get here because December 10, January 8, February 5, but March already 14 blocks! Keep it up guys.

I would be curious to see if fixing the plug fixed your Invalid %. I have 4 s9's and leave the work diff alone and let them do their thing. The seem to do fine and even better recently.
