Re: crypto and gold
by
JeromeL
on 19/09/2019, 19:18:35 UTC
Last week I saw the crypto market of bitcoin and altcoin all fell dramatically because there was competition in gold trading that made all prices fall, is gold investment more profitable than bitcoin and altcoin which are vulnerable to hacking.

And today bitcoin fell in price due to the fact that the price of oil rose.  Grin I do not understand why link together something that does not have direct quotations between them. If you on one of the exchanges could buy gold directly with bitcoins, then perhaps it would make sense to say this.

Re: Can we stop promoting scam project?
by
JeromeL
on 19/09/2019, 18:13:15 UTC
Yes, that is a brilliant idea. Minimum investing or a payoff from the bounty project seems really good, but the thing is, it hardly seems to be practical. Even if a few bounty hunters agree, there will always be those who will be antagonising your idea, and those who will be totally frustrated and you can’t do anything about it because they have freedom of speech and freedom of making their own decisions.

Forum members can come up with rules for bounty campaigns, discuss them and if necessary vote. Ready coherent option, you can grant administrators of the forum. And if they approve them and publish them as mandatory, then new projects will somehow be obliged to adhere to them.

Since i have been hunting for bounties in 2018 sadly i haven't been able to make a penny from any project and till date the only bounty project that almost favour me was miracle tele, i choose a bad decision by decided to hodl, hunters who sold very quickly are the lucky ones are,the reason why i made this post is to ask if there is bounties since 2018 that did very well excluding Gowithmi project

I heard Vidycoin did well and i remember they did bounty last year 2018,is there anyone one here who participated?
Same as mb8coin,anybody?

In the bounty community is usually not accepted to brag about their earnings, but believe me, that bounty campaigns are still possible to earn good money. Any project that was not recognized as a Scam, in the end something and paid the participants of the bounty campaigns.

Re: What Happened with ETH ?

Now Ethereum little lost ground and was trading at very cheap. I believe that we all need to wait out this period and wait for when the team Ethereum developers will provide us with a significant improvement in technology. I am sure that next year we will see updated coin ETH, which seriously affect its price.

Re: Do you think advisors help new projects?
by
JeromeL
on 18/09/2019, 21:38:57 UTC
Forget advisers, what if after sales they don't act on the advise of the advisory boards? John McAfee once supported an ICO and the price fell like tsunami when it got to the exchange and I loss big. I will not be deceived by any paid professional hired as an adviser. Good team will always deliver when handling a good project even without advisory board.

Some advisers are too often involved in various projects that have yielded little success to investors and, therefore, they have earned a reputation of people who may be involved in any projects including fraudulent. John McAfee is among them.

Re: Shit Exchanges, an end to good projects.
by
JeromeL
on 17/09/2019, 22:46:30 UTC
The exchange listings of a particular coin speaks a lot about the trading volume and liquidity of that project. Some investors even look at the reputation of the exchange listings of the project before deciding to join because it serves as a clue to the seriousness of the team. Low tier exchange have low volumes and may affect the trading of a coin if listed there, hence projects must be more concern about which exchange they choose to list their coins.

Sometimes good projects there is no chance to place your coins on the major exchanges, because they do not have the money for it. And they have to place their coins at least for some markets to fulfill their promises to investors. In the future they plan due to increased interest in your project to get a listing on the major exchanges.

Re: We are only rich on spreadsheets
by
JeromeL
on 17/09/2019, 22:13:21 UTC
Yes, that's what bounties these days make us. They show us big big rewards on their spreadsheets but the real values of those rewards they offer us are sometimes not even up to $5 on the market. I feel bounty hunters are only being used as baits by project owners to catch their investors virtually for free. What do you think guys ?

Many bounty campaigners hope to earn at least something, and so no one is naive does not believe that all the promises of the project owners will be fulfilled. Sometimes it is possible to earn a good, sometimes worse, most importantly to continue to participate in the bounty campaigns and hope for an opportunity to earn.

Re: Which do you think is better, buy at tokensale or buy at public exchange?
by
JeromeL
on 17/09/2019, 20:53:21 UTC
Because the cryptocurrency situation is currently not the same as before. So I want to ask all of you in here, so that I don't lose money in investing. Which do you think is better, buy when ico / ieo / tokensale and get a bonus or buy when it is listed in the public exchange/market at a low price? I personally prefer to participate in the tokensale but see the current situation, when a token / coin list in the market is cheap, this makes me very confused to invest. How about you? Can you share your mind and help me out my confused

It is most advantageous to buy the coins when they are at an early stage of sales. However, we should not forget that many of the coins are fraudulent and you risk losing your money by investing in the early stages. Therefore much safer to invest even in those coins that are traded on exchanges.

Re: SCAM ICOs, what we can do?
by
JeromeL
on 16/09/2019, 23:04:56 UTC
Hi, recently so many past-ICOs turned into a scam or a deadcoin.
Is there anything what we can do to punish them? More than 2 years ICOs are scamming us and still people are investing, is this really a world what we want to create?

Fraudulent projects specifically register their campaign in offshore zones to avoid punishment by law enforcement agencies.
You have to believe that God will punish them. Fraud is not allowed in the life of normal people. Money can be earned, and honest way, and many people do it.

Re: Ethereum: Back From The Dead?
by
JeromeL
on 16/09/2019, 22:15:13 UTC
Ethereum fate will very much depend on its developers. They must have time to create Ethereum 2 before its main competitor, the BNB gain momentum. Also Ethereum growth is possible if you start a new alt season. But when it happens, nobody knows.

Re: ethereum transactions are very slow
by
JeromeL
on 16/09/2019, 06:59:34 UTC
do you feel that ethereum is very slow now? only sending ethereum with gwei 11 and gas limit 21000, in the calculator at ether gastation takes 40 seconds. However, until now (2 hours) it has not been pending, and even my previous shipment has experienced the same thing (five days still pending)

do you think it's only for a moment or did I make a mistake?

Have you tried to make bank transfers not within your own country, but at least to a neighboring state? I tried. Transaction takes several days and at the same time the commission can reach 5% of the amount. After that, the transactions in the Ethereum network do not seem to me long and expensive. Everything is relative.

Re: how do you identify a transparent project team?
by
JeromeL
on 12/09/2019, 13:12:32 UTC
If the project is a scam, it would be really silly of its team to show their true identities. In most cases, they just find some pics online and use them as the images of their “Chief Financial Officers” or “advisors,” as was seen  in Empire Card who used a picture of French actress Sabine de Poncins, little known outside of France, as the portrait of their proud imaginary CEO Patricia Harrison. There have even been reports of Ryan Gosling “working” for a project as a designer under a completely different name.
Some scammers are, however, way more intricate. They know it’s quite easy to reveal a fake pic so they just hire people to pose as their CEOs, CFOs, and so forth. Rumor has it that certain scammers even pay homeless people to pretend they’re leading a disruptive startup to a bright and radiant future. This fraud is much harder to call out, but at least those guys help homeless people in some way, so here’s your silver lining.

If the project is scam, then they really do not publish their personal photos. However, several people can be deceivers in the project, and the rest can be hired personnel who are not aware of the impending deception, here are their photos and can appear on all sites.
Now scammers are more and more inventive and we need to carefully study each new project.

Re: What do u think about BNB? Worth to buy?
by
JeromeL
on 12/09/2019, 12:33:19 UTC
I heard some people offer to buy BNB for the price of 33-36 dollars. They did it in the wake of a stir and I knew that the price would fall. Now we see the price 30-40% lower and now the time to buy BNB is the most suitable. I have already bought some of these coins.

Re: DO WE NEED TO REGULATE ICOs?
by
JeromeL
on 12/09/2019, 09:50:18 UTC
I believe that now is the moment when it will be possible to do this in order to intimidate scammers until the next growth wave, because when the new bubble starts to inflate, the regulators will not be able to fend off a huge number of people who want to fill their wallets dishonestly!

Regulators will not be able to catch scammers; they cannot afford it, because scammers are not fools. Regulators need to collect information about market participants in order to dictate their own rules and make money from it.
That is why I do not want the crypto market regulation.

Re: This might be ridiculous, but let answer this question

Well in real life my self doing good so far. For me doing bounties is just a part-time to collect more money. Beside to fullfil my time i also learned a lot from cryptocurrency. But nowaday in my opinion bounties is not worth anymore if you trapped on scam project you just wasted so much time.

In the crypto market, you need to master other earning opportunities, one of them is investing in IEO, it is he who now brings guaranteed money to investors. As for the bounty campaigns, no matter how I choose projects to participate, but I have experience in this, I still come across fraudulent projects.

Re: BEST DIVIDEND CRYPTO's to invest in...
by
JeromeL
on 11/09/2019, 21:10:22 UTC

Hi,

I wanted to start a thread on dividend producing crypto's. Please list yours and don't worry about being labeled "shilling" because we want to do our own research.
The more the better and collectively we can determine the good ones from the bad ones. Even shit coins can make all of us money.

Thank you.

I tell you. Buy any coin that is on the list of the top 10 coins and wait. Sometimes you have to wait longer, sometimes even a year, but the price will increase in any case, because Now almost all prices are in decline. If you want to make money faster, then start exploring the crypto market and the cryptocurrencies traded on it yourself. Then you won’t have to ask such questions.

We are all cannon fodder, the more we are, the better the project. We are needed only for the duration of the IEO / ISO, and then the developers do not care about us. Devs are drawn beautiful numbers of estimated earnings, but in fact we get 0 or a couple of bucks. In rare projects, now you can earn.

Re: less interest of investors to buy ICO
by
JeromeL
on 11/09/2019, 20:17:02 UTC
That is totally understandable, because people are tired of projects that are unable to secure their soft caps. Thats why the majority of community has switched to IEOs, because it is almost a guaranteed success by taking part in them.

You may not earn at all IEO. You can increase your capital by participating in the IEO only on the top exchanges; on all other exchanges, the result of participating in the IEO can be the same as participating in the ICO, which even soft cap cannot collect. Therefore, the situation is not much different.

Re: charge fee for IEO listings
by

on 10/09/2019, 22:27:22 UTC
so  any one know what is  Fee and requirments   for IEO listing on exchanges  like latoken ,gate, binance , okex, houbi , bittrex  ,bitmax and other top IEO platforms?

pls share your experience

I do not know the exact amounts necessary for any of mentioned yours exchanges to hold your IEO. However, I am sure that they amount to at least five zeros in dollars. These exchanges can afford it, because almost all IEOs on their platforms have been successful.

Re: ICO rating websites we can use
by
JeromeL
on 10/09/2019, 21:48:38 UTC
I plan to invest in one or two project, i currently do my own research, it is not easy, to find good project, although i do not trust ICO rating websites and do not like to use it but, i think i may need to have a look inside, a time ago i was frequently check ICObench, but now i believe icobench only care about money.
I don't have a list to share it with you, but i want to make a list according to your positive feedback from you.
This may help anyone with the research.

During my participation in various ICO, I relied on the opinion of many rating sites. I listened to their advice, which of the ICO is worthy of attention, and which is not. And in many cases I failed. I do not know if this is due to fraud or the incompetence of experts from these sites. However, I know one thing that they should not be trusted.
