What is the difference between ICO's and IEO's
by
Jiddyyy
on 29/10/2019, 03:37:26 UTC
We all know that ICO is an acronym that means Initial Coin Offering, which is how funds are raised for a new cryptocurrency offering. It is a fundraising mechanism in which new projects sell their underlying crypto tokens in exchange for bitcoin and ether. It’s somewhat similar to an Initial Public Offering (IPO) in which investors purchase shares of a company. ICOs are a relatively new phenomenon but have quickly become a dominant topic of discussion within the blockchain community. Many view ICO projects as unregulated securities that allow founders to raise an unjustified amount of capital, while others argue it is an innovation in the traditional venture-funding model. While, IEO's An initial exchange offering (IEO) allows companies to sell tokens to investors to raise capital. This makes them similar to initial coin offerings (ICOs), but there are a few key differences. It is a new approach to crypto-banking that is catching the attention of ICO investors around the world. IEOs can provide many benefits compared to ICOs. They offer greater security for users, improved transparency, bring about a fairer system that can benefit newcomers, and give users a sense that it is a reliable banking system.

Re: Public address complexity and economy of a coin
by
Jiddyyy
on 14/10/2019, 19:23:21 UTC
Ok, do you think the complexity of public address affects the economy of a coin or a chain? For example, if bitcoin had an easy to remember the address, would it be adopted more readily? The same question is valid for ETH, of course.

People are irked by complex addresses and one of the reasons old folks are not into crypto is because everything is too complicated, as they are not computer age people like us. They like it simple and I tend to think that simpler addresses would help them adapt, and improve the crypto economy.
I found this site because a friend recommended it and all I did was enter my email and reserved a good name for myself. I am one of the people who missed the .com craze because I did not care to get a good domain name, although I could because I knew about it, now I am not gonna miss that one.

These things are first come first served, and usually (as in bitcoin), people who grab the good names first tend to get rich beyond belief.
So, what do you think? Can you beat me? My position =1, I am the number 1, the champion Smiley

In terms of ranking, it is hard to climb up that fast. But I can do my best to reach the top and achieve one of the goal and that is to make digital names more famous because I know how awesome this is, and how can it help every user to make their transaction safe and easier.

Re: Collecting Bitcoin Donations with a recognizable address
by
Jiddyyy
on 14/10/2019, 19:19:43 UTC
I had an earlier post about Chinese collecting bitcoin as payment and another post about Hong Kong free press collecting donations. One of the things was that they had to use the same darn address for collecting BTC. Now if the addresses for donations were more recognizable I think things would be a lot easier for them.
About two days ago I found this site that gives you a common name like BOB or BitcoinBull or CryptoBull for a bitcoin address. So, I am thinking that things would be easier for large organizations to collect money if they had recognizable names instead of a long string of numbers and letters. What do you think, would it make it easier, in terms of adoption?

In terms of recognizable address, there is one solution to it using names for sending coins instead of address we used to use before. Digital names is helpful in so many ways especially in the safeties of your money.

Re: Access wallet addresses easily, without storing private keys or security phrases
by
Jiddyyy
on 14/10/2019, 18:59:43 UTC
I'm pretty sure everyone has heard of that one person who's device was stolen, or their computer was hacked, stealing wallet addresses, private keys, and even security phrases. Well, that happened to me after someone broke into my hotel room and stole my work laptop.  Fortunately, before they could figure out how to withdraw the funds out of my wallets, I was able to extract the funds and send them to entirely new address, but the difficult part of this was remembering the addresses.  Storing the addresses seemed unlikely, since other secure information would also be stored in the same location.  All I really wanted to was keep an address book to help pay certain vendors and also make deposits into my own accounts.

I'm not sure why, but most wallets do not have an address feature.  Having a one stop shop for all your wallets just make the entire use case easier, and I believe it's that would help attract new crypto users to support the industry and it's movement.  An address book like Digital Names saved me a lot of time to pull up saved files and find the needed address.  Oh, and this is not limited to one specific blockchain, so you can have different wallet address like BTC, ETH, STEEM, ETC, and so on...
We are used to copy addresses when sending some coins to other wallet but come to think of it that there is Digital Names that can help you to make every transaction easier, no need to copy the address itself, it is more fast and secure for me. The idea was literally awesome.

I have noticed it when actually the bitcoin price is rising up the cryptomarket also will. Is that because of bitcoin is directly proportional to the other cryptocurrency? so that when bitcoin dumped the other crypto also will dump? Whats your opinion about it?

Hey guys, what do you think, should i invest now or wait? Market is in the red zone, so it is quite risky to invest now, want to hear your opinion.
I think if you have a coins you should wait and hold before selling but since the market value is low you need to buy at this time. Buy as many as you can at this time because I believe that sooner or later the market value will goes up. Then hold it and then sell whenever the price rises up.

Re: Why do people think everyone is a scam?
by
Jiddyyy
on 15/05/2018, 07:02:07 UTC
It seems as though there is a predominant attitude about people trying to do business that most people are scammers. We have run into this time and time again, accusing us of running "dirty" money or stolen goods.
We put ads or offers in various places saying "vetted buyer" and "respected escrow" and still get negative comments from people that don't even want to do business. They would just rather demean and abase and not add any positive thoughts.
I will say that we have had pretty good success in spite of the naysayers. Doing business in this way is new to most people and seems foreign. But we have plodded through and have achieved a success that has proved that not all are wrong.
There are people all over that are looking for honest services, and we have carved a niche for that entity. We know that there are scammers out there, but we are working to elevate us to a position of reknown.
Not all offers are scams!
why do people think that all is just a scam. simply because people is scared, people lost their trust. especially in social media world, anything that money is involved anyone think that it's a scam. why?as we all know that everyday in the news or newspaper are scam is involved. maybe everyone is just that how they take care to their selves to point that they even think that everything is scam.
please get back the trust of the people and erase the idea of scam.

The reason why we should invest in Bitcoin Or Ethereum ?
I think that all of invester have the same goal. Investing in Bitcoin in the hope of taking advantage of future price increases is as simple as buying Bitcoin on an online exchange. When the price increases, it means that we get profit. More and more profit! Moreover, bitcoin transactions are subject to few regulatory oversights, which makes transactions fast and headache-free.
What do you think?
How many other reason for this question, please let me know!
Thank you very much.
why we should invest in bitcoin, first of all as we all know that if you invest a money in bitcoin it'll definitely go back to you with triple or so far so on cost. we should invest a money. you shouldn't be hesitating because if you do,you'll surely regret it. let's go to what do you get if you invest, you'll get your money that you invest in doble cost. happy right?so invest now.

Re: How can we make this world economically better?
by
Jiddyyy
on 13/05/2018, 04:03:27 UTC
This is only possible through financial education not giving money to poor people or poor countries. If we give money to a poor man or poor country without correct financial education on better dealing with money, they will keep coming back to us and in that way there will never be financial freedom or better economy in the world.Let us deal with the minds of people first then the desired result will follow us soon.
how can we make this world economically better? well first, lets tackle on why this economy is NOT BETTER. as you can see, rich people became more rich. but it doesn't mean that it can make economy better because poor people really just became that poor that can't even buy a food. why?simply because of someone's selfishness. where?on high organization or in government. we always noticed that some officials are secretly getting the money of the people for their own sake. well,i have nothing to do with that. for me,we can make the economy better for just providing what the schools need, improve the net generation and lastly, give chance to others. what do i mean?give some oppurtunity to others that can really help them to success, give job. and by that,i can say that the world will going to be economically better.

Re: Hold out or sell Bitcoin?
by

on 06/03/2018, 15:31:55 UTC
With the price starting to creep up again do you think it's a good time to start selling some of my investments or do you think it's worth holding on for a while longer?

We all know how temperamental the market can be but do you think this is just a short term spike?
Try to hold and save your bitcoin, aside from it is use for future expenses, you can also have a larger amount of value since sooner or later the bitcoin's market value will rise. Maybe we may feel fear and afraid of loss but set in your mind that this is a business, take the risk, take all the possibilities, take courage and you will get what you deserve. Once you enter the bitcoin you should not be coward.

Re: Being a Smart Person or Strategic
by
Jiddyyy
on 06/03/2018, 15:01:13 UTC
Is it enough to be smart with just nothing to lean on and go on with your life? Because i feel that there are a lot of people who doesn't know how to handle their money with regards to see in the future. Is it enough to be smart and not be strategical or somewhat a person who has a lot of experience. Who would you choose?

For me it is required to be a master of both things like of course you can not have experience if you are not going to try and some people would think it's a waste of their time if they are doing what they know already like repeating their work over and over again. So it should be in a balance.
I would like to be strategic person than smart person. Well we all know that both of that are interrelated in each other since being smart while being strategic is same and being strategic with a smart strategy is also same. Maybe their difference is that smart only depends on his learnings some of his idea is not that applicable to give the best in his work and as well as the strategic person. Maybe he can think a strategy but it may not be successful if you didn't plan so well. So I choose both because you cannot be successful if one of that are missing.

Re: Will Bitcoin become a long-term trusted store of value?
by
Jiddyyy
on 06/03/2018, 13:49:54 UTC
Whether one should invest in bitcoin or not depends on whether you think Bitcoin will become a long-term trusted store of value.
If it does become a long-term trusted store of value, BTC should trade around $2,000,000 a coin (depending on how many coins are lost and are actually in circulation). That is over 100x the price of where BTC is today.
If BTC does not become a long-term trusted store of value, its likely price will be close to zero (unless it becomes a "cool" collectible... which is a possibility).
So if you think BTC has a 10% chance of becoming a long-term trusted store of value, it is a good investment with a nice expected return. It is still very risky but professional investors should invest some small portion of their portfolio in this case.
Yes of course, bitcoin is a long term trusted store of value, if it is not why people are continuing to work, invest, trade and hold in bitcoin? Bitcoin is proven and tested in terms of long term holding. It is good for future expenses since the longer you hold or store bitcoin the higher the amount you might get.

Hello,

I'm still learning about crypto currencies and willing to buy some bitcoins. Is it good time to buy?

Thanks
I think the best time to buy bitcoin is when the bitcoin price reach 200 or below. And in your thread, it is not late to get involve in bitcoin. But it is too late to rank up since ranking is quite hard to achieve.

by

on 04/03/2018, 03:24:21 UTC
Today's economy is either rising or falling depending on the consumers and sellers. If you join the Bitcoin, there is a high probability that you will gain something from your money because there are a lot of opportunities here. So my question is, "Where do you usually spend your money that you have gained here in Bitcoin?"
I didn't spend anything yet since it is my forst time to join in campaign, but I am planning to hold and save it to gain more. From it, I am able to buy lot of things that is also an asset and helpful to make my money grow. I would like to have an apartments and business.

Honestly, bitcoin will not totally end the world poverty instead it just lessen or reduces the poverty rate. Many users that is poor that are now engaging in this bitcoin and they also spread it in their place and through that it may serves as their job that will affect to their status. Some of them are no longer 'poor' instead they are now rich and can provide their needs.

Is it a time for bitcoin hodl or sale? Please suggest me!

I think you must hold it rather than selling your bitcoin. There are some cases whem you sell bitcoin that is the time that price goes up and you will regret in your action. Save and hold your bitcoin as far as you can because the benefits you may get are much higher than selling it now. But if you need the money urgently then you have no choice but to sell it.

When is the best time to buy bitcoin and when do you think is the best time to sell?
I think its a great time to buy now but when is a good time to sell (if you have any idea please share)
We'll honestly buy bitcoin if the price goes down if the price reach 200k, if not then wait for the right time to buy because the smaller the amount the larger the profit. And for the selling, you need to sell bitcoin if it has a larger value that satisfy your needs or it reached the maximum amount of yours. And also you can sell it if you need money urgently.

Re: How to explain bitcoin to teenagers or children
by
Jiddyyy
on 27/02/2018, 01:52:31 UTC
Bitcoin is difficult to explain. I also felt difficulties in understanding bitcoin for the firs time. Let's share how to explain bitcoin to children of teenagers. In My country I can say 98% children don't know bitcoin. In fact, bitcoin can be future money. If the children not familiar with cryptocurrency or bitcoin, how can they face the digital era in the future.
I think explain bitcoin in the way that children will love and like it. For example in most interesting way or teach them first from the basic. Do not say lot of words because it is too bpring for them, instead minimize your explanation but understandable. And fpr those teenager they will learn trough technology so instead of explaining them in front of you, try to make a presentation which all thr information are insert there.

Re: Bitcoin Can Be A Savior!
by
Jiddyyy
on 26/02/2018, 16:21:44 UTC
Yes of course, but it depends. bitcoin can save people in terms of financial situation.using this bitcoin we support our needs everyday but not at all..before you do this you need internet and gadgets.if you don't have that you can't earn a coin to convert into money if you needed it to exchange.
Yes, it supports all my financial needs and even my wants. If I need some cash to pay all my expenses, bitcoin is always here and present to solve that.  And personally, bitcoin serves as my savior because, as a student I also have my needs, and it is hard to find job to support those. But then, bitcoin is here I can no longer think of that.
