You need to delete the old database.
Go to your \ bzlcoin folder and delete everything inside except wallet.dat.
WARNING, if you delete wallet.dat, you lose access to all your coins.

The block creation time is 40 minutes ~ 1 hour 20 minutes.
The difficulty level is not normally adjusted.
This is a serious problem.
Miners are at worst productivity due to this problem. So with another coin they are leaving.
If this is not resolved, BZL will not mining anybody.
