Im confused from your promo video, which suggests it is blockchain based, but apparantly i need to use your api in order to access it?
The API is for integration with any third party that would like to mass refer candidates, e.g. job boards, aggregators, agencies etc.
Candidates, employers and freelance agents etc. can login to the dApp, like they would login to any other.

Yes this will allow people to freelance recruit for employers.
It will not prohibit traditional methods from putting forward potential employees either, job boards, aggregators, agencies etc. will all get the chance to put their traffic through the Jobchain system.
