seems 2.7c isn't as stable as 2.6 on my 1070's .. miner crashes after several hours.

same here..rig got +2mhs with 2.7c out of the blue..but a bit unstable..downclocked it a bit back (to the old hashrate) and now its okay.

Whats the best tunning for RX580 8G ? I've got lower rates than at 11.2

Claymore monitoring at port 3333 doesnt work. Sayed failed.
As we stated above, printed momentary hashrate is not the best way to compare miners. Compare the number of shares over exactly the same time period (at least 1-2 days). As for the remote monitoring, the port 3333 must be free. If you are running PhoenixMiner and Claymore at the same time, use the -cdmport option of PhoenixMiner to change the port to something else (e.g. 3334) and use the same port when trying to connect to PhoenixMiner from the remote manager.

I don't use both miners at same time but can't connect anyway

Try -cdm 2

SSL works. cool.

@PM suggestion: show the SSL in the console.

Does SSL give more stale shares?

Short 400 share test on stratum+ssl://etc.cryptopool.network:7007 gives me an:
- estimated stale shares 0.7% on a 185mhs AMD rig (edit: leverls out at ~1%)
- estimated stale shares 0.0% on a 365mhs AMD rig (edit: levels out at ~1%)
- estimated stale shares 7% on a 192mhs NV rig (needs work) (edit: after driverupdate and tweaking: 0.5%)

i honestly dont know if thats lower or higher since i never really monitored them

So far
CM 11.1: 735 mhs (and crashing rigs at devfee, had to downclock)
PM 2.7c : 747 mhs (Stable as hell)

DO NOT care were it came from, i only care about the fact i can actually sleep now without any worry.

Awsome job Phoenix Miner!

running 2.7b and using the -tt 65 flag.

working excellent, and now the power draw has dropped 30W.

228MH/s with 1090W at the wall. before -tt fan control on 2.6 it was pulling 1120W from the wall.

back to the same power draw as claymore, and kept the higher hashrate. i'm not sure what it is about the lack of fan control causing high power draw, maybe the VRMs not getting enough airflow and becoming very inefficient.

either way, i like it! good job team.

a word on the -cclock -mclock ? you tried it?

Phoenix/OP:

i have 2 systems running just fine on Phoenix2.6

but now on a 3rd system with a brand new fresh install of win10 x64. and a single MSI GTX 1080ti im hitting the following error:

Code:
17586:19:01:11.605: GPU1 GPU1: DAG generated in 5.9 s (403.2 MB/s)
17586:19:01:13.312: main Eth speed: 0.000 MH/s, shares: 0/0/0, time: 0:00

17586:19:01:14.641: GPU1 GPU1 search error: unspecified launch failure
17586:19:01:15.117: wdog Thread(s) not responding. Restarting.
17586:19:01:17.460: GPU1 GPU1: Starting up...
17586:19:01:17.497: GPU1 CUDART error in CudaProgram.cu:230 : all CUDA-capable devices are busy or unavailable (46)
17586:19:01:17.497: GPU1 GPU1 initMiner error: all CUDA-capable devices are busy or unavailable

I have DDU'd my driver, and reinstalled to no avail. nvidia driver 390.77, same driver as my other nvidia based rig thats working just fine

i got this error one time , it's about OC for me ....
reset OC ,and re-test or check/change  riser after .....

There was no overclock applied. It was completely stock.

But I don’t know what it was but after updating to the most recent version of Windows 10, the problem seems to have gone away.

Old version: 1511
New version: 1709

Works fine now.

Same as you i have 2 righs completly the same 1070 Dual OCs , they are basicaly mirrors.
1 works fine the other has the error you had, i have the latest windows 10 1709 and i am still getting that error after 10/12 hours of running.
Drives me crazy.

turn off all the nvidia audiodevices in devicemanager. for me it helped to solve some weird (driver i think) related stuff.

Windows Defender is starting to flag BMiner for a trojan.  Not sure if I should be concerned.

dont. there are hundreds of posts out there about it. its a false positive.

So for the Phoenix Miners out there.. There is a little bug in AM in combination with PM. If you get a connection error its probably due to this error: AM adds the workername/number to your adress and the server rejects the connection.. you UNcheck the "add workername"  box in the miner settings/managed template and you should be ok. You can check in the console when the miner is loading, it will add something to your adress.

Bug is reported to AM dev.

I like it sofar.. i love the altcoins devfee.. stupid CM devfee is crashing my rig alot.

one very important question though..

How to set target temp? -tt 65 doesnt seems to work and gpus are running way to hot, up to 80C. CM can keep them nicely on the targettemp..how to do this in PM?
also: -cclock and -mclock etc doesnt take and there pretty important to finetune the rig. (just read your comment about it)

im using awsome miner (with PM as user added software)and need the cmd's -tt , cclock, -mclock. mostly the -TT !

Awsome miner also doesnt show info about the miner, any clue why not? (it does show the console)

also: get this into Awsome Miner !

So im having a bit of trouble here with minersoftware settings:

When i put commandline parameters (-allpools 1) in a managed template, it wont get picked up bij the minersoftware (Claymore Cryptonight v11). The same when i put it in the poolsettings settings/value field. its get ignored bij the minersoftware.

commandline params only are getting used bij miningsoftware when i put it directly in the managed miner properties. (wich are not getting saved in the applied template settings but are completely seperate set of settings correct?)

Then there is a  problem with the adress it seems. i made a pool on electronium, using my https://my.electroneum.com/ adress.  Claymore gives me a "invalidadressusedforlogin".

anyone know how to solve this?

The pool hoppers I am talking about are the people who jump on the instant we hit a block with hash power equal the the amount of the rest of the pool combined, stay till 30% variance and leave.  They always leave at exactly 30% and always jump on as soon as a block is hit.  Those are the ones who we have stopped, and some have noticed and removed us from their bot list, others still continue to do it because it's all run by bots and they never actually check to see if they are making anything or not.

People who only mine part time are not considered pool hoppers.  Just the ones like I described.

Do you filter out the hoppers that jump at that 30%, or also the ones that stay a bit longer?. In other words how and by what rules do you determan when a hopper is a hopper.
And how much are they being "taxed"?  Maby its an idea to show it in the stats how much they have been taxed for.? Could work as a warning to keep them away.

(sorry for my English, its a bit rusty).
