Rchain still holds millions of AMP which they are unable to sell , there is not enough demand.

It's true, right now there are 7 million AMPs sitting in the Bittrex orderbook alone. Synereo is an amazing project but you have to be careful when trading AMP. AMP is a long-term hold and in the end I think it will be worth way more than it is now. It could take weeks, months, or even years, but it will come eventually. All the team can do is keep moving forward and working hard and they have been.

Brave is just another Chromium-based browser. It allows you to use the BAT token and blocks adds automatically. It's good and fast but not that much different from Chrome. To use BAT to tip content creators, you have to use Brave.
Mostly everyone uses Chrome so they don't have to switch browsers in order to use Wildspark. You can't earn from tipping content creators with the BAT token like you can with AMP.
In my opinion, BAT's tipping platform won't gain traction unless the team made a Chrome extension and gave users some sort of incentive as well. Your thoughts?

I visited the thread because I know they will have a conference coming sunday and I was trying to find out whether announcements would be made that could pump Dash. And guess who I found trolling there ? ... they are stupid trolls trying to bring down the price.

As an ex-holder i still follow this thread, and there is one thing that still baffles me.
There is not a single post since wildspark came out, that talks about how cool, useful, exciting, and profitable it is, to use the plugin.
Not one.
That should tell you a lot. But everyone just talks about the price.

haha you know i was thinking the SAME thing! exactly. i truly hoped AMP could "BE" something bigger within crypto and outside of it in the mainstream but it just seems that may not happen. IF maybe by chance a loooong as time. regardless as fun trading it can be (and frustrating if you've bagheld it) there are just TO MANY coins out there and the whales with it manipulate this thing 100% of the time, so you're at their mercy. good luck sustaining any high value with this "coin" because it won't happen. was fun tho riding the last 2 waves.
The plug-in is fun to use and I've made a few AMPs off of it (profit). Not THAT many but I made back what I put in and then some. I was excited because it was Synereo's first product after a few years of talking about what they were going to accomplish. The team is spending time ironing out the kinks in Wildspark right now before they go ahead with marketing.
They said they'd add Vimeo and Medium next. I hope Facebook is on their priority list because that'd be amazing. This is a long-term hold and I'd say that if you want to make a lot more money right now, you could trade other coins that have the hype and volume that Synereo doesn't at the moment.

I forgot about my amp stash for almost a year now. too painful.... Serious question, does anyone still see potential in this project? The original vision I bought into of a Decentralized Web transformed into... a browser plugin that works with centralized social media platforms? Maybe one of these giants will acquire this wildspark thing one day and brighten up my blockfolio. As for 'decentralized web', there is that other project they have been working on since 2006.... MaidSafe. I don't think they spent all these years building browser plugins.
It sucks that everyone had to wait this long but yes, AMP will be over $1 soon.
Oh no, I'm fine haha. Plenty of coins had the same amount of FUD and still did well. The price is going down because some whale pumped it for a few months and then began dumping it a couple months ago. I think PG should ignore Diego and whoever else he had on his list and move on.
Based on his responses I've decided to dismiss this case / will not be willing to pursue it anymore. The more this thread develops, the more I'm convinced that this is just due to the failed investment and that there's nothing going on, other than the standard "FUD" that happens to pretty much any coin.
Don't take my word for it, look into it yourself, I don't have enough time to post here all the posts that these trolls were doing, but it can clearly be found in their post history.
I am not a moderator, you guys are. In fact I have contacted mprep as well, but he also said that I should compile a list of the FUD posts that they were doing because he doesnt have time.

There are much broader issues of the opposite of a "FUD gang", which is a "shill gang". People who are shilling scams like DASH et. al. should be the ones to get neg. rated. However, this forum has so many flawed policies that going vs. that gang of scammers (or similar) is not possible for a small group of people let alone 1 cat. All this behavior is BTCT administration approvedTM.

How can this debate be taken seriously if you have already a preconcieved view on DASH already for example, and you already think that AMP is shady too without even looking into it. Or things like BCH.

I agree with you, ProfitGenerator, these trolls have been at it consistently for over a year now and it's bad for the new people looking at the thread. I hold AMP myself, been holding for over a year, so I understand why you're frustrated. My thoughts are - if they can't troll the thread, they'll come for the Slack and we already have trolls there (not as many but still). They can always do it somewhere else and I'd say, take the opportunity to buy up more cheap AMPs if they are causing the price to tank.

That's what I was thinking because most alts recovered except for AMP. Looks like it's up from here. Tomorrow, everyone will know for a fact that Synereo has a product. As a result, investors will pile back in.

I don't know why ppl can stand the facts... I can hold a coin, and be critic about the things I think (or know) that are wrong... always the same, I remember when I was on Arch slack and I was asking about probes about product development... almost everyone on the room was calling me FUDster (a few weeks later Edgar rage quit and close the slack room).
Profit Generator... 50 articles in 7 months? WTF LOL... looks like you are deep on this coin, but you shouldn't try to get ppl to buy AMP saying that it will be at 0.03 (not going to happen this year for sure). When it was 2x the current price, you said its time to buy, you always say that. I have some BTC on AMP, and it will be very good if this works out well, but if not... I will sell the coins (already have a stop loss value before buying a coin) and move on.

I am still waiting if you dare to make the bet.Even if you made money from any bet, we all know that you'd lose it. Seems like you've been pretty reckless with your portfolio. If you were well-diversified and did your research on the "Grexit" back in January, you would've held. You went all in on AMP, couldn't hold for a couple more months, and chose to sell at a loss. Profitgenerator has a good track record. You'd be taking pointers from him if you were smart enough.

I'm calling BS. If you were actually "back in" you wouldn't be trolling this thread. I bought some AMPs during the second ICO and held during the Greg Rchain drama - boohoo you lost 2 bitcoin because you couldn't hold for a couple months. Move on to some other coin, AMP doesn't need your money to move forward. You were trolling the thread when AMP was 3 cents and I'm guessing that you didn't buy then either. You continously try to bring the project down and you don't buy back in. As a result, you're losing. AMP will be over a dollar later, you'll still troll the thread and not buy back in, and that's all you'll ever be - a loser.
