Thanks for the compliment! Tokens will be distributed shortly after the close of the sale, so exchanges would be free to add them then. It appears that HitBTC has already added a DNT/BTC pair and is currently trading IOUs.

This is proportional based on the number of ETH contributed. It would not make a difference what the USD value equivalent is at the time of participation.

I wanted to draw attention to the fact that Bitjob only recently forked our GitHub repo at Ethlance, which is a decentralized job board built on Ethereum which has been live on the main net since January. The evidence can be found here.

They have forked our project and are now trying to run a crowdsale for their version of it, by forcing a token model into a platform which doesn't need one. We already offer the same service for free.
