Re: is it possible to hack your bitcoin from your wallet?
by
Johann Sebastian Bach
on 04/11/2016, 09:29:42 UTC
Just come it to my mind. is it possible? to get hook into your wallet and send some to another wallet? Undecided

I don't know if you have seen but last months i have seen that many people were infected by a virus or malware which when people wanted to make a transaction the pasted address was always the hackers address so people were sending accidentally money to the hacker.

Well its the first time i see someone talking about some malware virus that affects the adress where we wanna to send the bitcoins, besides those i believe currently there is no way to hack bitcoin, since the hash protects the network.
A possibility is that the bitcoin client they are using was modified and was downloaded from an unofficial source and has the hacker’s addresses.

Impossible even if you had the formulas and whatever theoretical background that you needed to cover it, I’m pretty sure that the computational power that you will need is enormous and is simply unavailable to you or anyone for that matter.

Bitcoin is a great investment but even the best investments can lose money if your timing is wrong, if you bought when bitcoin was 1000+ then even now you are still in problems if you timed your exit right you secured a good profit, so while bitcoin is in my opinion the investment of the century, you still need to use your common sense.

Currently I have less than 5% of my personal wealth in bitcoin, and since I’m not that wealthy then that means I do not have a lot of BTC, but I plan to put at least 20% of my wealth in five years

There is only way to improving yourself by the trading, so learn how to trad safely and make a decent profit. you must have good knowledge or you'll lose the rest of your money within the next couple of years
you are right with knowledge trade is like going to gamble blindly, those who do not know about trade and invest in there for trade will definitely lose all of their money which they have invested there. They should have to learn more before starting trade and have to improve their skills more with smallest amount trials.
While this is correct the OP traded for 2 years and still came out with loses in my opinion this thread must be bookmarked by those that think altcoin trading is going to be very easy, it is not, trading is difficult, very difficult if the OP with a substantial amount of BTC, time and probably a lot of time invested in learning about trading altcoins could not do it, the chances for the average user of this forum are practically zero.

Re: Can I use my small amount for GAMBLING?
by
Johann Sebastian Bach
on 10/09/2016, 01:14:11 UTC
With your small btc you can make triple within a short period of time but Br ready to lose all if chance is not on your side and that is it with gambling that you want or planning venturing into like what others have suggested its embedded with a lot of risk even with 90% of losing in a case and in other case 10% of losing in which you can even still lose too...
But the big advantage of gambling with small bet amount would be even in the event of loss is you need not to be frustrated. By any means, if you happen to win from gambling, you might get chances to double your bankroll as your bet amount is small. So, gambling with less risk would be the way of staying satisfied with gambling.

Correct, and i'd rather bet an small amount of money in gambling so i can make sure that if the game turns bad and i am about to lose it cannot get big impact to me since i bet only a little percentage of my money, and also eventhough you place a small bet in gambling we can still have a chance to win big on that, so the bigger the bet the bigger the risk we will take and the lower we put the less dissapointment we can gain , big or small it has the same result in gambling and still have a chance to double or triple our bankroll if we are lucky to win.
honestly gamble with small amount or high amount it is not change anything.
in the beginning i just gamble to having fun and used small amount only but now damn i used hundreds dollar to gamble.
gambling is not something that you can handle easily when you want to leave it.
Gambling with a high or low bet does not chance the odds you face that is true, but by betting small I can play for longer periods of time, in order to get my fun and by gambling small I can avoid that bad feeling that you have when you lose 1 big bet, if I were to lose 0.0001BTC I would not mind, but if I were to lose 1BTC in a single bet, that will be a really bad day.

Re: Dice To Earn Or For Fun?
by

on 10/09/2016, 01:09:05 UTC
I am playing dice for some few days and earning instead of losing with a new method invented by my self or even if it was invented before I didn't know anything about it I came up with this method by my self, now you think is it right if I keep winning ?

Do any of you guys earning daily  from dice? or you just play for fun and leave it to chance whether you win or lose?

I don't really believe in strategy in strategies in pure gambling like dice etc.
You are probably on a lucky run. It could even last a few months I guess. Probably not common but possible. If you just keep wining on the long run, then I think you found a problem on the game and not a strategy.
This is something that I haven’t considered since I immediately thought that the OP was just in a lucky streak, maybe he found a bug on the software or even a backdoor, believe it or not there have been cases in which the programmers of some video poker machines put backdoors in the game, so when someone played in a particular way you will win every time

Re: WHAT CAN I DO WITH 0.1 BTC ??
by
Johann Sebastian Bach
on 10/09/2016, 01:05:26 UTC
0.1 BTC is too little to even consider any kind of investment, what you should do is look for ways to earn more bitcoin, signature campaigns, offering your skills to the community for bitcoin or get a job, earn fiat and buy bitcoin with it.
you are right, in my opinion you cannot do anything too much with that money, i would just try to collect much more bitcoins to make money

I would say if I am going to be given with that amount I would just going to put it on trading and going to invest it with some possible alt coins that has the potential to pump at all. And I think I am going to be able to grow that amount because for me that it already a good capital. It is just going to
depend on the alt coins that I am going to buy.

To be honest 0.1 is not high capital and even if you invest in trading you cannot make it really big with that amount, and earning higher profits will be time consuming process.
I think its enough to start trading using that capital honestly i am starting before with 0.05 btc it is always depends in the altcoin what are you buying if you bought a good altcoin with fast movement of price you can make a good profit fast.. unlike you are staying in legit altcoin such as litecoin monero dogecoin.. but you can be still make a good profit in that altcoins..
But it takes a long time

small capital must not play on legit coins as you mentioned, let alone the price of these coins is very high. profits will not be felt. with small capital the best way is to play with altcoin which has a low price because it will feel a lot of advantages.

with 0.1 bitcoin, i think you can buy some altcoin for trading, but not expensive coins like xmr, eth, or else. but you can try to buy other altcoin with have rate in 100k or 10k and trade it to get profit. if you know and learn about trading, then you can get good profit and stable in bitcoin.
I’m not an expert in trading maybe that is why 0.1 BTC is very little to me, however altcoin trading sounds to me very similar to forex trading, and such trading is in fact really difficult and seems like a good way to lose your money really fast if you don’t know what you are doing, but that is just me.

Re: Is it possible to buy really large BTC amounts?
by
Johann Sebastian Bach
on 10/09/2016, 00:59:57 UTC
yes it is possible but first of all you have to find the exchange who have big volume market for buying bitcoin because with small exchange there will be difficult to buy large BTC amounts maybe bitfinex or kraken is good place to do so

Bitfinex as far as I know was recently hacked and they lost bitcoins worth millions of dollars, so I don´t think is a good idea to do any trades with them

Re: If no one spends bitcoin what might happen?
by
Johann Sebastian Bach
on 10/09/2016, 00:52:18 UTC
If all the Bitcoin users refuse the spend their Bitcoin and decide to just hold all of them, then the price of Bitcoin will not move. Bitcoin's price will not increase, it will not decrease as well. No movement will be detected until somebody decides to sell their bitcoin or until somebody enters the bitcoin world and decide to invest some money into Bitcoin.
I disagree with this if no one spends bitcoin, it means that there is not a bitcoin economy, and if that happens then that means that there´s not demand for bitcoin and then the price will plummet like a rock.

How am I going to use may small btc? Can somebody hep me to use this in profitable earning here..
Its hard to decide if where can I put the risk.
Thanks..

You can use any amount of bitcoin to gamble but since you are trying to earn money the amount of money you have is important, after all you may have the best method in the world, a method so great that could bankrupt any casino in the world but if you don’t have the bankroll it does not make a difference.

It would be risky if we invest on a random person we've just met on this board. If you want someone to invest in you, find somewhere else.
Not only is this a random person, this is a newbie!!  I am not understanding where these people think they can come in and ask for something like this with nothing backing themselves other than that they know how to play!!  Show me your television appearances and I will be glad to entertain staking you in a game, but until then, go away, no one is going to pay into your scam OP.

Well, maybe he is addicted to gambling and is trying to bankroll (scam) his addiction, it does not make sense to anyone but maybe this is the case.

Re: Rapist released from jail after serving half of measly six month sentence
by
Johann Sebastian Bach
on 05/09/2016, 06:13:51 UTC
Update:

Brock Turner's house is surrounded by very unhappy armed protesters, including one holding up a sign that says, "If I rape Brock I will do only 3 months".

One protester was also seen holding up a sign saying "Castrate Rapists"

https://pbs.twimg.com/media/CrYb5IIWEAATIXk.jpg

http://distractify.com/news/2016/09/04/brock-turner-armed-protestors

And they say white people don't protest against rapists

They should castrate rapists from the neck up (not quite the right word, of course).

Cool

At risk of going off topic but castrating a rapist is useless, those sick persons will just use other parts of their bodies or some external devices to inflict pain, humiliate and control their victims.
