Could someone shortly summarize why I may invest into FABA? There are many other platforms that are helping startup coins with raising money - W12 for example.
Faba is not about helping startup coins to raise money. It is about investing in promising companies, related or not related to crypto, that have potential to bring profit and also that are doing something useful and needed in today's world.
You should read the WP and decide for yourself.Check which kind of companies Faba is looking to invest in for example.
Those 3 are only for an example and initial companies, Faba is gonna offer much more companies after STO ends and put them up for voting.
How many companies will be actually offered for a vote? More then 100?
There should be more then 100 companies, since the plan is to invest in 110 companies after STO. So that means that more then 110 should be offered for the vote I guess.

Although administrators are active they do not give specific dates which of course is not very positive. On the other hand it is very difficult to plan something on such a market. But at the expense of newcomers spam is negative but you can fight it in topics where there is a moderation. Here it is not as a result we have such a result.
Bearish market negatively affected all.Even developmental plans can be seriously affected with bearish market.
Some times, marketing, or important events have to been delayed due to potential low effects within bearish market.
What is happening right now is that it really is, all of them can only surrender to the situation, the project team is also confused when launching something when the market is bearish like this. Maybe it's still waiting longer.
Agate was launched a bit earlier last year when it was not bad as it was recently so bear market basicaly cuaght them off guard as a lot of other projects last year.

I see that people are still confusing STO and ICO, but soon enough people will figure out that its not the same thing 
Yeah, it should be communicated to people that they do get the shares of Faba and voting right, like if they invest enough funds they own a part of the company unlike with utility tokens where you essentially do not own a thing.
It doesn't matter how little, or big your investment in Faba is, as long as you contribute to our STO, you are a shareholder of Faba Limited
Will shareholders have any extra privileges based on the amount of FABA tokens they own?
All Faba investors have equal rights and their right is also proportionate to the amount of Faba tokens they own.
Does that work same as stocks? If someone buys 51% of Faba he can become the owner?
That would be logical thing, but i would like to see some mechanism where noone can own that amount and control everything.
I'm pretty sure there is some kind of thing that will prevent anyone of becoming 51% owner of Faba, I think there is not enough tokens sold for anyone to be able to do that.How much tokens was sold?

Which currencies will be used to pay out the dividends to investors?
I think that it will be ETH used to pay out dividends, wouldn't mind if there was some others included too.
Shoudlnt dividends be paid out in FABA tokens?Is that possible?
I'm pretty sure that when I was checking the WP that I also saw ETH as currency that will be used to pay out dividends, but I might be wrong.

It says Agate is like Paypal for crypto currencies, does that mean that we will be able to send crytpo through Agate network to friends, pay for stuff directly from the app and all other things Paypal allows us to do?
I think that they also aim to be able to connect your debit card with Agate account,and that way spend crypto in an easy and efficient way.

Since they are big investors do they get shares of the company,or FABA tokens only?
Usually only seed investors get shares of the company but question is whether CCT Consulting counts as one or just as normal investor,in that case no shares.
Seems to me that CCT consulting institutional investor and usually they join sale with different terms compared to the regular investors.
You are most likely right, since their funds do come in 2 rounds.First round is 1.12 millions and second round is some time after first one with 2 millions USD.

Best is to ask that in their telegram group,admins are very active there, and helpful.
It would be better if someone who is not from the team checks that out, so he can act like a third party if you understand what I mean

Token sales have started from 7 months ago or march in private sales and to this day you only collect $2.5 million. Indeed, you still have the next few months to run the ICO, but I doubt the $67 million hardcap can be achieved. If hardcap is not reached, will you continue this project?

This is how we plan to spend raised funds:
Development (30%)
Efforts in developing additional features of the ecosystem, smart contract developments, architecture enhancements, collaborating with partners to integrate new features and completion of other milestone objectives.
Marketing (50%)
Investment in different marketing efforts with partners and using PR agencies to increase brand presence, showcase product, onboard end users and businesses using digital media, events, conferences and so on.
Operations (17 %)
Corporate development and expenditure across various company expenses such as premises, facilities, travel, administration, taxes etc.
Legal (3%)
Regulatory and legal expenses.
I see that 30% will be for development, what are Lynked.World team developing at the moment?
They are still adding new stuff to app and improving it daily.App is updated almost every 2 weeks.

Can you tell the incentives that you plan to offer to merchants and regular users to use Agate? How many users do you expect to have using the platform in first 6 months after the launch?
This will be the key problem, to get all those retailers on board, and so far we see that they are doing good job regarding that.
It is a good thing that Agate is getting those big retailer chains with them,it will be much easier to attract smaller ones later on,when they see that big chains are using Agate solutions.
The most important question is what is the point for networks to switch to this method of payment? I do not see any normal business owner and who knows how to count the numbers who would agree to work under such conditions.
Lower fees i think, as usually card companies take 2-3% from every transaction,an with agate having much lower fees,it should pay off easily.
What will be the fee for transaction on agate platform?
Transaction fee will be 0.1 AGT. Thats considerably less than standards fees.

I was reading about Agate app a bit and they mentioned that it will support a lot of currencies, does anyone have a link or know which ones will be supported when app is released fully?
I have not seen the list, but as far as I remember there will be almost all traditional fiat currencies supported thanks to iFIAT Ecosystem and you will be able to exchange them for any crytocurrency that will be available in the app too.
You will be able to exchange any currency either fiat or crypto that team manages to implement and add to app, because AGATE is officially registered as a digital currency exchange provider with AUSTRAC.

This was announced like a month ago, most likely a lot of people missed it like me.There should be a lot more people interested in Agate considering that they are officially exchange too.Team should share this more often.
There are people interested and waiting to invest in Agate as soon as public sale begins, but you can't see that here because entire market has slowed down and people in general are not that active.I agree that team should up their communication a bit to show all the benefits of Agate in this lull.

It will be a standard erc-20 wallet and you will be able to store any erc-20 compatible cryptocurrency.There were some mentions of maybe adding atomic swap feature in future, but that is not on the road map, rather as an added bonus if team will have time and enough interested parties.

Can someone confirm if it is true that Agate plans to have its own credit card too?
That is the plan mentioned in the whitepaper but we are still waiting for more information regarding that as we don't know any details yet.
Having a crypto spendable card is one the features of Agate, although the sale is not concluded yet so it is still very early to tell what measures the team are taken in this aspect with card providers and financial institutions. This process takes time from what i have seen from other similar projects.
Where is you seen crypto cards? As far as i know no one pf project dont have working cards at this moment. Just Monaco probably after 1.5 years ICO ended started shipment cards, but Im not sure if this true.

usa regulators will not let anyone in these markets. in the us senate, the visa was forbidden to work with a crypto and this ban applies to the whole world.

How does the process of registering an organization or institution works?What needs to be done?

Adding an organization could be done only by the authorized person of that organization. The person adding an organization should already been a registered user of Lynked.World. The individual can add the team to the organization after a successful registration. He/she will be the super admin for the added organisation & can then assign more admins and decide on the level of privilege or control the admins will have over the organization.
Is this going to be free feature, adding the organization or it will cost LYNK tokens?
I think it is free now during the ICO, but after ICO you will have to pay with LYNK to do that.
