Hello miniZ

Would you be kind enough to expand support to our Meraki algorithm?

We're a ProgPoW variant and would enjoy having additional mining software support.

Thank you.

Well, there's been quite a lot of development and we'd like to inform you all of our great progress.

LISTINGS

We're proud to announce that both TradeOgre listed our coin (thank you to them) and the community raised our $5k goal to list on XeggeX. Trading pairs are below:

https://tradeogre.com/exchange/TLS-USDT
https://xeggex.com/market/TLS_USDT
https://xeggex.com/market/TLS_LTC

Liquidity is provided for XeggeX.

WHATTOMINE

Fred and the team were kind enough to place us on their website.

https://whattomine.com/coins/429-tls-meraki

WALLET OPTIONS

We have released two wallets:

This is to give options to users.

TESTNET FOR LASCAUX

Telestai's primary social media platform - Lascaux - has successfully launched its first test net.

This isn't a formal release, so keep in mind that data might not be persistent as we roll out updates. But feel free to dive in and experiment with posting, user creation, and voting.

Posts reaching -100 votes will be deleted. For the moment, all site visitors will have unlimited votes, allowing you to vote multiple times on a post. This won't be the final production behaviour, but it helps us test the system under high load. If you encounter any errors, please let us know!

This is your chance to test features and help us see how the system performs under load. We’re excited to share our progress and appreciate your support as we continue to develop. 🙌

v2 is on its way and will be rolled out later this week.

TELESTAI-CB

The Creator Bubble - Where Freedom Meets Security!

As part of ensuring we are censorship resistant and available to all no matter where you are, we've undertaken a Telestai Tails OS based version. Tired of censorship and platform restrictions? Join our revolution! Telestai-CB is a secure, decentralised haven built for content creators and coders alike.

Here's what awaits you:

  • Unleash Your Creativity: Communicate freely and without fear of censorship in our safe space.
  • Ironclad Security: Navigate anonymously using Tor, based on Tails OS - your data is always protected.
  • Powerful Tools: Access a suite of cutting-edge wallets (Web Wallet, Core Wallet, Electrum Wallet, Zeroa) and more!

Telestai is prioritising YOUR security. A final release of this is due within a matter of weeks.

ZEROA

Work on our digital ID - Zeroa - is underway. This will allow access into the Telestai ecosystem and achieve a number of objectives:

  • Ensure authenticity of user
  • Prevent spam and burner accounts
  • Tie all digital data back to the user for self sovereignty purposes
  • Allow all personal meta data under BIP-39 principles

... and much more. We are currently working on taking our Alpha version into a browser extension for versatility reasons.

RHUBARB MEDIA

It is with pleasure that we announce a partnership with Rhubarb Media and will become on of the stable of projects as a client.

Rhubarb has been in the blockchain space for several years now, having worked most notably with the Kaspa project.

They have already had their finger prints on our project with the new logo redesign!

Visit our website to see its impact - https://www.telestai.io/

--

Work is ongoing and we continue to prioritise building a social media platform that is decentralised both in its hosting and moderation, censorship resistant and grants content creators full control over their remuneration.

Further updates soon.

exbitron exchange is really bad. Get another exchange for your coin.

We didn't seek out their listing. They did it off their own accord.

We are seeking listing on XeggeX, NonKYC.

“Development fee: 25% of block reward”
this is a typical robbery

Are you offering to fund the development? If so, we'll provide our USDT address and you can deposit in and we'll fork to reduce the fee.  Smiley

Sounds like extortion to me.

Expecting an entire project to be developed and turned into a profitably mined entity without an ability for itself to fund the necessary overheads sounds naive to me.

So you used the old one (GetX16RHash) which used in the past by RVN & ASIC non-resistant since 2019 & Nodes still not hard coded. Whitepaper doesn't bring any use case, no offense to you, just another POW coin that will live for few months and then die, and that's the reason I haven't released my POW coin, although everything was ready since April and all the wallets, explorer, miner etc, but I stopped releasing because I'm working on use cases. With all respect to these devs, but I don't want to release another POW coin like VLC, XNA, AIPG, XNA, REGUS, ANOK, CMUSIC, KLS, PYI, NXL etc, almost no use cases, nothing new, and the price of these coins dropped 10-100x in few months. Unfortunately, most of these POW coins will die and vanish with time without use cases. I hope Bitcointalk admins don't block me after my first reply on this platform.

  • We used ProgPoW and adjusted it to reduce power and increase efficiency; not GetX16RHash
  • Whitepaper explains the context for our project being born
  • Use case is building a censorship resistant social media ecosystem where content can be properly monetised by creators and users can be appropriately protected in their ability to speak freely

I won't comment on the other statements; that is not my place.

This idea is wonderful but you need a really good fund for project like this, hope you all the best in your project.
Use case is building a censorship resistant social media ecosystem where content can be properly monetised by creators and users can be appropriately protected in their ability to speak freely

We all begin as children and grow to adults. We will build this piece by piece. I appreciate your well wishes.

Algorithm is KawPow, not Meraki.

Incorrect. Algo is Meraki; a bespoke ProgPoW variant we've customised.

Would you give it another thought?

At this present time, no. It is necessary to pay for the projects progress and we are not VC funded.

Greetings

Telestai, a new proof of work coin, is in production. Our first non-production wallet is available for download. We are at early stages, so engagement now is optimal for those wishing to join us.

Utilising our bespoke Meraki algorithm and via a fair launch (minus testing), we look forward to bringing a new option for GPU miners to support. There is no pre-mine.

Meraki was designed for low power draw so miners would be able to engage as cheaply as possible.

A word about the project:

Quote
Blockchain technology offers a revolutionary promise of decentralization, reshaping both our cultural and technological landscapes. This principle, while posing challenges in content moderation, heralds a transformative vision of freedom and fairness. In a world where power is often held by a select few, the decentralized nature of blockchain is seen as a beacon of hope for those shackled by unseen constraints, presenting an ideological shift with profound implications.

Telestai enters a challenging cultural context with a bold vision: to enable adopters of its blockchain to liberate themselves with a digital identity that cannot be impersonated.

This digital identity will provide access to an ecosystem of platforms designed to shift the balance of control of a users data back into their hands. Members of the ecosystem are able to:
  • properly validate the original source of content created - and by whom - as per the contents stamp of authorship
  • sell their data to advertisers, instead of being an unpaid provider of metadata
  • provide always on sign in based on the digital identity’s status
  • properly commercialise the content they create and its distribution

The ecosystem will encompass an array of services, beginning first with an internet browser and expanding into a social media platform that will support the projects goals. Telestai’s blockchain will undergird the ecosystem and supply the means to track the content created, help inject profit to users choosing to monetise their content and perpetuate decentralisation as a fundamental philosophy.

Telestai’s creator - John-117 - will drive the project and utilise 25% of the block reward to continue to fund development and pay for necessary expenses. He will also build a team around him of likeminded individuals who wish to see the project turn from concept into reality.

Tomorrow has arrived...
