You can take my 2 servers as nodes if it can help:
http://p2poolcoin.com
http://ca.p2poolcoin.com

I wish all the best to NinjaCoin.

My wallets are working fine !
Thanks, my main node was down, that's why some people had sync problem.
I'll post a new wallet version with your nodes and i hope some fix (can't test since i don't have any problem).

Keep voting on swisscex !

Edit:
Oups, i have forget to give you the website:

Dev not reply, Ninjacoin have scammed.

Oh. So delete your wallet and good bye! Smiley
No offense, but we try to put the coin on the right track ..
Trolling does not help ..
The author is really talent, cheat a lot of money oh ~ ~
Explain please ?
All the premine is still in my wallet except the bounties i have spend.
And i have buy some NJA from my personal pocket on bittrex before the fork.

Result: a negative BTC balance !

Well, we are going up on swisscex but this exchange has not a lot of volume. Still better than nothing to be listed on more exchanges. We should try to go on poloniex. Maybe our story about bittrex that has scammed us can give us some help to be listed there.

If bittrex still don't answer, i'll write to every blog i can to ask them a news about this. A title like "Bittrex has stolen coin" or "Bittrex keep coins in hostage" would be nice.

Is it me or the NJA market was completly removed from Bitrex even for withdraws ?

I have buy some NJA before the fork and Bittrex just keep them offline !!!!

In other words, they just hold our money, they can't do that ! I'm not very happy and this story must make some noise !

I have an idea for resolving the Bittrex situation and resurrecting the coin.

Bittrex wants the dev to come up with a way to compensate people who paid BTC for NJA on their site.  Fully compensating all of them is of course not possible.  But you could fairly distribute partial compensation in this way.

Step 1 - Go back to the last version of the wallet before the hard fork that fixed POS was implemented.  Make a separate hard fork from here.  I will call this the "compensation fork."  On this fork, the billions of NJA generated by POS are considered valid coins, but POS is now disabled, or set to a ridiculously long stake time, to ensure that no new bad coins are created.  Get Bittrex to upgrade to this wallet after reviewing the plan.  The compensation fork wallet should be called something different like "ninjacomp-qt" so that it can run side by side with the current good wallet.  Also, use the original logo as the icon so users can easily differentiate.

Step 2 - Post an announcement explaining the following plan, and set a deadline for compliance.  2 weeks, 4 weeks, whatever.  Bittrex will make an announcement at the same time that they are delisting NJA at the deadline, and all coins will need to be removed before the deadline.  This should not be a problem because exchanges and pools get rid of coins all the time and coins not withdrawn are lost.  The Bittrex announcement will point people to the Ninja announcement explaining the compensation process.

Step 3 - Instruct Bittrex holders to download the compensation wallet and withdraw all of their coins to it.  Dev will post an address from the compensation fork wallet that everyone should send their coins to.  When sending their coins to the compensation wallet, they should sign the transaction with an address from the good wallet that their compensation can be sent to.  To show the community that the dev is really trying to make amends, he will also deposit the entire remainder of his premine into the compensation wallet.

Step 4 - Once the deadline is reached, Bittrex delists NJA, and any remaining coins are gone forever.  The dev will calculate what percentage of total coins in the compensation wallet (good and bad), minus the dev's premine, were deposited by each address.  Once this calculation is performed and recorded, the wallet.dat file from the compensation wallet is moved into the good wallet.

Step 5 - The good wallet with the wallet.dat file is opened, and the bad coins become invalid.  Each person who deposited coins into the compensation wallet get whatever percentage of coins they deposited sent to them from the good wallet.  So if someone deposited 1,000,000 coins into the compensation wallet, and that was 10%, and there are now 100,000 good coins, that person will receive 10,000 coins, or 10%.

This unique approach to compensation could generate interest in the community, with the main idea behind it being that the dev is working to get the value of the coins up and back on exchanges so that even though they have fewer coins, they will eventually be able to sell to get back what they spent on them, or even turn a profit.

The next phase would involve the dev working to add features to the coin to increase interest, while the community that has been compensated works to show the exchanges that there is a renewed interest in the coin via Twitter and other outlets.  I'm not a big fan of anon, but it seems like a perfect fit for a ninja coin, so I think that the first feature to be implemented would be to add a "stealth" option, where people can check a box in the wallet to enable "stealth mode" and conduct their transaction anonymously.
Nice idea but i don't understand how we can prevent people that have x millions of NJA from PoS not comming from Bittrex to be filtered.

The idea, if i undertand well, is to get only the coins that were buy on Bittrex, no ? For this i have to enable again accepting blocks from pre-version of this one and everyone could send every PoS coins, not only from Bittrex.

this is what u get for adding coins straight away and being greedy. Its bittrex's problem no one else.

Problem is, because if bittrex change fork, that will destroy all bad coins and people will want money from bittrex - and for that they don't want do that. I understand them. That's impossible to give back money to all people who buy and own bad coins on bittrex.
We should to forget about bittrex and look for another exchange.
I understand this too and i say it since a long time that people have buy "bad NJA" with real BTC. But imagine Bittrex stay how they are now, what can people do with these "bad NJA" now ? Nothing !!!
And still in this actual state, people have lost both good and bad NJA. If Bittrex switch to the good fork, yes it will destroy the bad NJA people buy with real money but these same people can now use the good NJA remaining to trade/sell/let them stake in the wallet or whatever they want.

I'm ready to distribute 100k NJA or maybe 150k NJA from the premine that remain (170k remain), to compensate the loss people have from buying bad NJA if we find a good way to do it.

Does anybody have a link to the old wallet?
Every versions: http://92.222.28.197/release/

But take care, you may lost a lot of coins if you use old wallet. You will lost nothing if Bittrex switch to the good fork.

Someone has try to hack my server and the daemon was down a couple of hours ago. Some of you may have some problem to sync during this time. It's up again and i have make it harder for the stupid hacker that think he can kill the coin if he kill 1 node.

Official Response from Bittrex Re- Ninja Market

Bill (Bittrex)
Jun 22 13:09

Hi,

Updating the wallet destroys millions of coins that people legitimately mined and bought. If the developer comes up with a fair way to reimburse those people for his mistake, we'll be happy to update to the latest fork and reopen the Ninja market.

Thanks,
Bill

Updating wallet destroys billions of coins that should not exist, that's true. People have buy them in a legitimate way, that's true too.
If i had, don't know how many, let's say 50% premine, i would reimburse all of you that have lost money. For real, with my small 1% premine i don't have exchanged for BTC, i can't do something like this.

But Bittrex is probably the last server running the old fork with bad NJA coins. On this same Bittrex wallet, i can bet there is millions of good NJA coins you can get if they switch on the good fork.

Does Bittrex say they can choose which is the good fork or not ??
Does Bittrex say they stay on a fork they choose even if they are the only server running this fork ??
Does Bittrex say they keep millions of good NJA coins in hostage ??
Does Bittrex say they keep your money and you should just shut up ??

Wow... are we going to let Bittrex steal all our money ?

The initial error was from me, i have fixed it a couple of hours after. The second error came from Bittrex, they still don't move.
When we know that a small exchange like coinader can fix the problem very quickly(maybe 1h or 2h or even less), what does Bittrex do with all our money ?

They keep them on their wallet, taking the dust !

Send PM, tweet, mail to any article writter, friends or any people in crypto community, this story must be know from the whole world.

They can't ignore us !

I have PM again Bittrex because they say me that they can't unroll what has been done. I suppose we all understand this and what we want is more what coinader has done for us, a "clear database".

This would mean that people who have buy some bad NJA after block 14000 on Bittrex have buy wind for real BTC. That's sad, i agree but it will be more sad if we stay in this state since these bad NJA are still wind in the actual state on Bittrex.

The solution would be to do this "clear database", switch on the good fork and continue as normal. The bad NJA would not show up in the new wallet because they are wrong, they should not exist. Some people would lost some amount of NJA they buy on Bittrex after block 14000 but keep the good NJA they have buy or mined before block 14000. Add to this some more NJA from staking since all this time.

Hey, would this not be a good news ? People still have some NJA they can trade instead of keeping these bad/dead NJA on Bittrex ?

Then keep voting on the new poll on top of this page and let's show it to Bittrex that we want it this way. No rewind or transaction rollback, just a clean database on the new fork for a 2nd (and good) start.

I try to compile the windows wallet with gitian but i'm stuck with this error on with gitian-win32.yml:

Code:
/usr/bin/i686-w64-mingw32-ld: cannot find -lpthread
collect2: ld returned 1 exit status
make[1]: *** [release/ninjacoin-qt.exe] Error 1
make[1]: Leaving directory `/home/ubuntu/build/ninjacoin'
make: *** [release] Error 2

If there is some gitian expert, any help are welcome. It's just a pain to build for windows  Tongue

Don't withdraw big amount from Bittrex now. They are on the wrong fork, do only small amount. I undertand if you have 600k, it would be a pain to make tons of 100 NJA withdraw.

For the moment, don't withdraw big amount from Bittrex

Maybe if we talk to them they will end to switch on the good fork. The bad fork is still useless, it's a non sense to keep it.

We have see with coinader that it's possible, bittrex can do it too !

lost 79k why you didn't say that before !!! Embarrassed
Maybe you can try to open the old wallet with a copy of your wallet.dat into and sned them back to bittrex. A user was doing this with success.

the admin don't understands that a 50% of the people that open the wallet have this problem, that there is because the wallet is broken
You must fix them or we can't open this.
I sent yesterday afternoon to the wallet from BITTREX currency (34,000,000 NJA), has not received the chain also see less than a block, how do ah?

You can't have 34 millions of good coins, the PoW total coin was only 19 millions. It's bad coins from the bad fork.

I make some tests with another way to build the windows wallet.

Try to start the new wallet without your wallet.dat, let it build a new one but keep you original wallet.dat in a safe place.
If the wallet can finish to sync, close it and replace the wallet.dat.

You can try to reboot your computer before you start the new wallet.

Let me know if this works.

Wallet is synced. Coins are in wallet. But problem is this same: (sometimes directly after opening, sometimes after few seconds/one/two minutes )

"This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way.
Please contact to application's suport team for more information."

and wallet is shutting down Sad

What is your:
-Windows version (windows 7, 8...32bits...64bits)
-CPU
-RAM amount

Win7 x64
i3
4 RAM
Ok thanks, you should be fine with this. I'll let you know when my new build is ready.

I have contacted coinader echange to know why they have removed ninjacoin from the market. The answer was:
Code:
We have to remove, because a lot of fork coin in user transactions. we have to clear database.
And they can open the market again with a clean database.

This mean that every exchange can add ninjacoin to a exchage !

Yes sir, all bittrex has to do is update to the new fork, I just wish they had a way to distinguish who put on legit coins and who put on the bad ones and track the trading so people who bought earlier but left them on the exchange could still get them. (not an expert don't know if they can or not, I assume not)

so what will happen to individual balances on bittrex if they switch to new fork? if they "clear the database" and started again from Zero, they'd still have their old wallet.dat and when put to the new wallet (1.2.2) would probably have a shwack of good coins it still.
I'm not a exchange expert too but maybe they can store the balance of each user in percent, clear the database, switch to the new wallet and distribute the good coins in the percent they stored. I think most of the trades after block 14000 was dumping and some user would have more percent of NJA than the others but we could accept it as a bonus for user that pay real BTC fot it.

This is why it can crash on older computer. I think it's the old chain that make some noise. The wallet has to fight while filtering all the bad coins.

I had a strange amount in my wallet after a while.  Each time i open the wallet, it had the good amount but after a while some x2 amount.
Just have make a "repairwallet" in the debug console (click help->debug window->colsole tab) and it looks fine now. If it can help other users...
