Re: [ANN] ZERO - COMMUNITY TAKEOVER

longtime supporter here
did the logo and support, great job Demarsac, however, gutted as sold most my coins on way up before 10k!

I didn't realise coinmarketcap is wrong, showing 2 million coins, there is only 400k coins!
zero explorer
http://zeroexplorer.forgetop.com/

Coin Supply (ZER)
410212.13411166

so coinmarketcap showing marketcap of 10 million which is very low compared to zcash and zcl etc

however our marketcap is actually a FIFTH of what showing
we are actually only a marketcap of about 2 million!

can easy go 10 fold from here!!!

sellers regret here, best wishes to all.

I have a donation address if you wish  Smiley

Doesnt make sense, explorer clearly says we are at block no225262, x10 coins per block amounts to 2.2 million coins available.
Either the explorer messes up the coin amount count or.....perhaps it doesnt count coins that are stored in private z-addresses ?

Does anyone have any insight as to why Suprnova pool will close the Zero pool on 31/12 ?

I saw the anouncement on the pool yesterday and was wondering why they decided to stop since the coin is doing so good now with the community takeover.

Re: [ANN][BWK] BULWARK | NO ICO | Masternodes | Accelerated PoW | Seesaw PoS/MN

Very interesting project and the fact of being listed on cryptopia less than 1 week from launch is very impresive and quite different to what we are used to from new coin launches past months.

The PoW/MN distribution percentage seems to be very well thought of, and thank you Frogman for posting your calculations, they help a lot in understanding how this thing works-will work out.

48k coins daily emission is quite good actually, and with MN needing just 5k coins it looks like we have/will have plenty of MN's helping securing the network early on.
9600 coins daily are given to MN reward at this stage, which wont help much with keeping the coin price up, lets hope the MN owners are looking to get more MN's and thus lock up even more 5k coin batches and reduce coin circulation more.

If only......we didn't have so much hash pointed from Nicehash rentals.....I would say this is extremely profitable to mine. This ofc is no fault of the developers, people will be greedy ...always.
1.3 TH/s network hash and the normal miners are like 200 GH/s atm, all the rest is nicehash Sad

well they mananed to fcked up the blockchain and many of us wont get our TZC... Shitcoin ?

I used zpool.ca. This is the current message on zpool:

Quote
We are short of this currency (2276.95351096 TZC). Please STOP your miners and switch to BTC until we find more TZC blocks.
YOU are responsible if you continue to mine for TZC dispite this warning.

No update since yesterday, no one cares apparently... First time I see something like that.

So zpool messed up and you ...somehow call the whole of this coin "shitcoin" ?
I am sorry to hear you lost some of your hash which was pointed at zpool, perhaps there is a lesson to be learned here...like NEVER use multipools ??

With the recent big jump in price, this coin has given high profits to the early miners and especially the very early adopters who participated in the auction. And things are looking even better for the future Smiley

Re: [ANN] STRAKS - Decentralised, Open Source, Community Driven Digital Currency

Guys, all this confusion/complaints have been caused by a (seemingly) minor detail which however is EXTREMELY important for some of our fellow miners :
NOWHERE in the coin's ANN is it stated that there will be a coin swap.

If you take your time and read the ANN as well as visit github (which you should for ALL new coins lol) the only info about this swap is at the very bottom of the readme.md

Yes,  OF COURSE some of us are well informed and most likely visit the forums daily, and perhaps are signatum holders so we have been watching the signatum 2.0 thread and know all about this.

BUT IF you are a casual reader, don't hold sigantum and have no interest in it, and come upon the STRAKS ANN it is so easy to......miss it, this tiny bit of HUGELY IMPORTANT information.

All you will see is a new coin, intreresting algo, good emission/supply, and thus start mining it (perhaps). Without even looking closely at the readme posted at github, and read it ALL THE way to the bottom. And so you end up being trapped, in a HARD to mine coin with low reward per block + high starting difficulty (cause of all the other over-eager miners as yourself).
And as you are mining, and collecting 1-2 or 5-10 coins a day or something, you then (most likely by accident) discover about the incoming swap and the fact of ALMOST 34m stak coins about to hit the market in the coming weeks.

Guys, it is NOT the dev's fault. They focused on the new coin and its interesting specifications and OFC they informed about the coming swap....at the very bottom of the readme on github. And it is understandable that they want to market their good work which went on this coin, not talk about signatum any more.

This cannot be changed now ofc, not because one of us, or 5 or 100 ppl didin't read the whole thing on github and thus missed this VITAL part of information.

YES, almost 34m million stak will hit the market in next month or so
YES, you have been throwing hash at a seemingly new and difficult coin, expecting 1$ and 3$ and IDK how many $$ initial value.
YES, you perhaps have been spending BTC at nicehash to get this difficult coin , expecting 1$ or 5$ value.

Nothing can be done about it, just get out now so you dont waste more resources, and hope that the coin hits the exchange BEFORE the swap. Then you will (maybe) be able to "fool" some other buyers/traders which will purchase if for such price who don't know of the 34m incoming coins that will flood the market soon.

And people, pls STOP trying to estimate the coin's value based on the current mining difficulty vs profitability and THEN make the EVEN bigger mistake of comparing it to the current value of signatum and the 4:1 ratio. OFC anything can happen but......with 34m coin flood, the most likely scenario is for straks to drop to 20-40 satoshi first, before it can have any hope of recovery. I hope I am wrong on this.

Disclaimer: I have never mined signatum,I am NOT a signatum holder and out of plain luck (read the signatum2.0 thread before this ANN) I have NOT started mining STRAKS. Otherwise I would be in the same boat as you guys.

Yes, I am aware that it is also listed on stocks.exchange
However, I do not think you can compare its mere 0.01btc buy orders and 0.01% of total volume to the 4.2btc buy orders and 99.9% total volume that is on novaexchange.
