poloniex Bots

Anyone trading on polo and noticed there are bots trading that react to everything you do. If I sell anything, there is an instant sell directly under mine. It's really driving me crazy and I'm about to pull out of the trading site.

I wrote 3 letters in support, 2 letters to the company, which checks and tweet poloniex.

In the end, I took another photo on all the tips (with the written date and word poloniex)

And after 1 day - verified

How long did it take? When you mailed a letter, to what address? I've tweeted, send several tickets to support and wrote an email using the contact link at the bottom of the page. I don't want to submit .0005 fee to polo multiple times to get my money withdrawn. This is a scheme to annoy anyone who wants to get their money out.

This does NOT work. I've verified another email account and they won't let my account with funds link to it because the funded account is NOT verified. "One of the accounts you are trying to link has not been verified. All accounts must be fully verified before they can be linked."
What a crock.

I've been stuck trying to config cudaminer all night for scrypt. for whatever reason it's most profit tonight. Nicehash keeps saying strutum auth failed. My config is as follows.
Code:

        { "name": "scryptn", "hashrate": 700, "power": 60, "aparam1": "F:\\P\\MinerControl-1.2.2", "aparam2": "cudaminer.exe", "aparam3": "-a scrypt:2048 -d 0,1" },

As long as you have two video cards this looks fine.  Very close to what I have mining against westhash right now.

Well, there's your problem!

You won't get very far using cudaminer with AMD cards.  It only works with nVIDIA CUDA cards.  You probably want to look at sgminer.

GTX 980s

[slap] duh, thanks.

Well, Scrypt-N is back in the gutter so hopefully ccminer is working for you on the X protocols now.

I think your problem may have been a local security issue keeping cudaminer from talking to the nicehash server.  Try this.  Open a command prompt window, change to the directory where you have cudaminer, and paste in this command:

Code:
cudaminer.exe -a scrypt:2048 -d 0,1 -o stratum+tcp://stratum.nicehash.com:3335 -u [#real wallet#].1 -p x

Replace the wallet number and then hit enter.  You may end up seeing a popup warning about communicating on the network.  If you do, select the option to always allow this.

If all this works right, you should be able to go back to Miner Control, stop whatever miner you have running, and then manually start Scrypt-N on NiceHash.

One more thing you can try is the "usewindow" option to force the miner into a separate command window instead of running inside of Miner Control.  I don't have to do that for cudaminer but your mileage may vary.

still not authenticating
is there an api code or something? I can ping the url...

The prob is  that I am not authenticating via stratum. Westhash, nicehash  for some reason isn't accepting a connection.

Starting NiceHash X11 with CCMiner.exe -a x11 -o stratum+tcp://stratum.nicehash.com:3336 -u BTC.1 -p

I've noticed a discrepancy among the payouts between trademybit and yaamp. Trademybit always seems to one-up yaamp by a percent. But when I look at time mined vs payout in miner control, it seems like I put in more time and less payout than yaamp. Is this because of auto-exchange or are the numbers getting jacked around when miner control is calculating profits. I remember reading something on trademybit that the exchange value is only calculated at the time of the exchange which is probably later than the mining for alt coin occurred. This seems a little sketchy.

That HD came out of my bunk Tivo (work in progress). Ruled out bad capacitors on the PSU. Just starts up then all the lights stay lit and the monitor goes blank. I would normally upgrade but it has lifetime on it.  Cry I restored the drive using a torrent iso of the same TIVO HD but to no avail. Really miss my tivo! The Damn cooling fan died for god knows how long and the rubber stoppers on the bottom of the case crumbled from the heat. Huh

53 is air cooled on the 980. The pc doesn't obstruct the vents and yes it is a portable a/c unit. I use it when my power is free to keep my room (and miner) cool. I open the panel side in view and hinge it so that the cold air goes straight into the case. Roll Eyes
Prob not the best idea because of risk of falling, I put it down when it's cool enough outside to open the window.

I've been running a evga 780ti on water and just installed a gigabyte 980 on a corsair 750M PSU. Am I in the danger zone? Shocked
I've got the 980 at ~65 tdp and the 780ti is at 100.

Settings:
780ti 1230 GPU, 1774 Mem, 1.15v (41 degrees)
980 1500 GPU, 1752 Mem, 1.256v (53 degrees)

Reason I'm asking is I thought I heard the 980 fans sag for a second.
The case is ventilated pretty well http://s21.postimg.org/vr954ltl3/image.jpg

My guess is that it varies with the pool hash rate. The higher the pool the lower the miner rate as with percentage of shares.  But this is purely speculative.  Is the hash rate from a pool or from the mining software?

Exactly, how do you set the bat to exclude the unspecified gpu? I'm trying to optimize my asus gtx 750 and evga acx 780 ti.
Or can you just run both and specify different workers?

should be easy, they don't use the same ccminer for the best performance..
I used a different username in the bat per ccminer 35 & 50. Noticed the pool hashrate went down. Did i miss something? Also, the number of workers was still one.
