Re: [General] How to earn Bitcoins
by

To earn bitcoins you have to first of all have a platform where you can invest your monetary resources i.e there must be a crypto trading venue you must belong to where you'll have an account. After which you connect exchange account to a payment option to receive and store your Bitcoin.

But getting free Bitcoin isn't possible at all cause if you take it has a very value on the market . So you'll need to keep on investing and monitoring from time to time

Re: A must read if you are running Crypto wallet on PC
by

If you have Crypto above $10k, you should just buy a separate device with Linux on it to just operate your Wallet. Keep it disconnected from the Internet and just connect once you want to do a transaction or something. This way you can save a lot of money and prevent most of these attacks. You cannot be up to date with every new attack going on in the Cryptospace, so keeping your system generally safe should be the priority.
yeah even 5k is enough to have a wallet only pc.

Sorry to ask, is there another means to store my coin without having to get a wallet only pc? I am aware that for one to be able to purchase a coin worth $5k in the first place they should be able to have spare for the security of the coin but what about that of someone who have just a few hundred dollars worth of Bitcoin? Is there a way to store them that will provide more security to the coins?

I'm still a beginner at Bitcoin and the whole thing but I feel it's important to learn about security for future reference.

Bitcoin is one of the most profitable crypto currency or if not the most globally. Over the years Bitcoin has really grown in value and is been used everywhere even by the government of different states . It is highly volatile i.e it flunctuates over certain periods. But let's not forget about the risk involved too. Without proper knowledge and information, one can easily lose on Bitcoin cause it requires good monitoring. I

Many are always busy with different kind of life activities. Maybe with work, studies or other things. But we do have free times once in a while.
What do you do the entertain your self when you are free?
For me, I play games on my phone. I love two dots and at times, I play soccer games.
What do you do when you are free?
I'm mostly addicted to reading . Iread books a lot and I also go online to read articles and learn more about the crypto

I'm guessing you're looking for yours? If so click on "Profile" (see the top of the page)  -> "Show summary" (or show posts) from the left menu -> And then remove the ;sa=summary from the URL.

Or, if you want an easier way, you can just click on your username (on this post or any of your other posts) and it will take you straight to your profile (while showing the ID). This is yours:

Re: As an undergraduate, is it advisable to invest my trustfund in Bitcoin?

Is it a good idea if I use the money I've saved up from 3 years of my trust fund to buy Bitcoin?

To start with people should be made to understand that Bitcoin doesn't seems all easy and straight forward as they see it . Before investing in Bitcoin one supposed to hav acquired sufficient knowledge and ideas about it . like for instance there are specific times where investing is actually favourble .  Bitcoin is one of the biggest or possibly the biggest global digital currency which therefore makes it very volatile i.e the value flunctuates regularly.

So back to your question. Investing all your savings for 3 years on Bitcoin now is not really advisable to me . Being highly volatile you could lose massively or gain too . You can do this if you have something to fall back to do you won't lose the capital too . I would advise you invest a little first, observe and make sure it goes well . Then you can invest others subsequently

First of all I want to acknowledge the organization effort and hardwork in ensuring the success of members and the forum at large. Honestly, the forum has really helped sensitized individuals about digital currencies in this century. I don't mean to disrespect, but I'm sure e I won't exaggerating if I say majority of the members on this platform had little or zero knowledge about Bitcoin and crypto generally .it was through the forum they got the required knowledge and information to be a successful bitcoiner and crypto trader . I see the forum as a global village where people can connect and help each other grow in their digital ideas

The forum allows everyone to share . Also there is very high cooperation amongst members i.e older members don't hesitate to help new members grow and give them necessary tips and corrections if need be .It's just an amazing community filled with great innovative minds. I know I'll enjoy my time here

For a hacked wallet, one of the first steps to take is create a new wallet and transfer your coins or funds to the new one if the hacker don't have access to them already . You can also change your login details, activate two factor authentication and lock out the hacker .

If the attacker wiped everything already, create a new wallet and delete the old one permanently cause a hacked wallet cannot be used again. You can also report the issue online or to the police if you plan on getting your funds back. Scan all your
devices to prevent malicious program.

Nice question there👍. Post writing is one of the major problems facing some members. Although I'm still learning about It too but I think there should be serious sensitization on this  issue . From knowledge I've gained from the forum and older members post writing, a good post must contain relevant information about the topic being discussed by everyone and also should hacmve a very good format such that it is presentable. Also it should be according to the rules of the forum.

You are highly welcome to the Forum or as I call it "CRYPTO WORLD”. Bitcoin talk forum is organized online platform where people from different parts of the world converge and share their different knowledge about crypto currencies mostly Bitcoin. Before you start investing in crypto,I'm I would advise you too observe and learn more about the forum cause all the knowledge you need to become a successful bitcoiner, crypto trader or even a crypto teacher is right before you.

We as members of the forum see ourselves as a family and obliged to help each other grow. So I must say you made the right decision joining the platform 👍. I too joined recently. I was told to go through the rules of the forum thoroughly before engaging or making any Post. I would advise you do the same. The forum is very particular about their rules. Once again welcome. To be honest,it's very rare to see a legit Bitcoin mining app . Believe me I've gone into many for quite some time and they didn't yield any result. If you manage to get any legit one , it takes a long time before you can get your reward. The apps mostly depends on the companies who made them and the time they decide to launch the apps
Bitcoin also began like that too but it took a while. So I wouldn't discourage from going into mining Bitcoin but just know the right one to do so you wouldn't end up wasting your time

The forum is actually a very organized community where everyone has the opportunity to air out their various knowledge and experiences about Bitcoin and crypto generally. So, I think it would have been difficult for most crypto investors to succeed. Majority of members here are into crypto trading and investing and most of them get their Ideas on how to go about trading bitcoins and other  currencies here .

The Forum has actually helped a lot on sensitizig and providing right information to people about Bitcoin. Before I joined I didn't have any knowledge about all these stuff. It was through the forum I gained the little I know and I'm still gaining through experience of older members. Although I think if it has not been created other platform would have been formed . But like that said Thank God for this Forum

Welcome to the forum 🙌. Of course there's a possibility of making profit in other currencies like altcions . The problem is that it's not as high and valuable as Bitcoin. Bitcoin is one of the best platform for long term investment although it has it risks but it also generates high sales.

Over time most people prefer to invest in Bitcoin than other crypto currencies because of its vali. That's one of the major things to consider before investing in a cryptocurrency. So how valuable these currencies plays a key factor on how high your profit will be . About the wallet, I think it's better you store your coins in a closed wallet . It's more secure and easy 👍.

Very nice question 👍. One thing that mostly affect people going into Bitcoin o
isthat they mostly see it as a get- rich quick system. Obviously the main goal of investing or mining is for profit making but many people believe that it's a actually a means where they can just get rich overnight without putting in much effort. This has cost a lot of people in a very bad way and they often discourage others from going into it cause it didn't work for them
People have to be made to understand that they need to commit and pay the price to be successful. That's why platforms like this was created to help people gain enough knowledge about it

Bitcoin Forum is a large online community where members discuss about issues related to digital currencies . Every member has the free space to share their views on any topic they know about which is also useful to others on the forum.

Bitcoin is actually a very powerful investment that anyone can engage in to make profit and also take it as a career. So I would say yes . Theisayings concerning bitcoin might be true But you have to remember that every successful investment comes with a price. Those saying this knew what they did before uttering the statement about Bitcoin bringing happiness

Being a successful investor requires hardwork, commitment and focus . Over the years people have resorted to go into Bitcoin and other crypto services. Most people I knew actually gained from it because they paid the price. You'll need to get sufficient knowledge and experience about it first before going into it.

The era we are enable people to actually have a career through tech including crypto, forex and all the rest. There should be sensitization and empowerment programs where youth, people can learn about these skills
It'll help improve the information age and also develop the livesof individual general cause empowerment leads to innovation.

It makes your post unique and more valuable. Doing several research before posting on a particular topic will expand your knowledge and views on crypto. From time to time you can even make posts without doing research because of the knowledge you've gotten from other researches done before. Moreover it can help you gain merits . You don't intend for a member who always post plagiarized content of other members to advance in the forum .
