Hello everyone, I have a question for traders, I accidentally came across an advertisement on YouTube where they show that on the resvex.com exchange the bitcoin rate is 10% higher, and if I buy bitcoin on Binance and transfer it to resvex, then I will earn 10%. I decided to check it out and deposited 500$ in bitcoin and withdrew 550$ in usdt. My question is why is the rate higher on one exchange than on another?
