Re: Is Ethereum Actually Heading for a Collapse?
by
Jonsnowstark
on 05/09/2018, 06:59:41 UTC
Usually when bitcoin goes up, ethereum price rises along with it like all the other altcoins. But this time, bitcoin has already increased many times but eth remained in the 300 level. I think eth is bound to crash. Many other coins has been developed answering to every little lapse the eth community has experienced. So if eth will.not catch up it will collapse

Re: Have you heard About Cryptoa Exchange?
by

on 04/09/2018, 11:39:00 UTC
This is the first time i have heard about this exchange. Im thinking it could be used to mislead people to think it is the exchange cryptopia which is already an established exchange. Oh well, there's a lot of scams going on in exchanges. I dont know if this exchange is legit or not. For whatever its goals are, i just don't like the way they choose their name.

Re: Fork Date: September 10th, 2018 $ANON
by

on 04/09/2018, 01:16:48 UTC
This is interesting. Everything seems to be rolled into one. ANON looks like a promising coin. I do have some questions

How do we get the fork?
Do we get it automatically if we have btc?
If so, which wallets support this fork so we can have some ANONs?

Re: ETH is about to pop!?
by

I think you're right . Bitcoin is going uptrend yet eth remains low. I think this may be a good time to buy but because of a lot of scams going on. This may have caused eth not to rise along with btc. Its scary trend but we can never say it wont rise ever. Many have seen the potential of ethereum and its network.

Re: If you could spend your crypto on anything right now, would you spend it?
by
Jonsnowstark
on 03/09/2018, 09:37:54 UTC
I wouod probably just spend it to buy another coin. We'll never know how crypto will go for the next fee months so most of us are holding hoping for a big pump come december. So the best way to go about it is just holding it and sell when the right time would come

Re: IOST IS SCAM
by

on 02/09/2018, 15:38:23 UTC
I dont think IOST is a scam. I have worked with this project for long and they have paid me. I have seen IOST rise above expectation even during the bear market. They did put up an airdrop and said it would pay up but it has extebded many times already so i think you just have to wait for their official announcement or better yet, contact someone from their team.

Re: Is it Bull market trends
by

on 02/09/2018, 09:46:30 UTC
The movement of btc is uptrend and testing resistance. we know for sure the movement of altcoins are cclosely repated to botcoin movement. If bitcoin goes up most of the altcoins goes up along with it. It has been a long ride of reds and we all are waiting for the green. But we need support for bitcoin and altcoins to continue to go uptrend. The more trqding volumes, the more this uptrend will continue on.

Re: How are bounty token distributed
by
Jonsnowstark
on 01/09/2018, 11:51:57 UTC
Well its not really that complicated. Let me lay it to you as simple as possible.
Example below.

Bounty token allocation $450,000 distribution
Twitter 10%
Facebook 10%
Telegram 10%
Translation 20%
Blogs 10%
Youtube 10%
Signature 30%
So $45,000 x 30% = $135,000 that is the amount allocated for signature
To know how much you earned, check the spreadsheet. For example,
Total stakes for all participants = 500
Your total stakes is 5 so below is how you compute
$135,000/500 x 5 = $1350 (the total amount you receive for the bounty)

Re: Merchants Adopting Coins
by

Its great to know merchants are going with the cryptocurrency as payments. This has become a battle to other countries except of course with japan as we all know the crypto friendly country. Btc has been used and adopted by some countries. If not btc, the closest to that would be ltc i guess

Re: Why do people believe and invest in fraudulent ICO?
by
Jonsnowstark
on 29/08/2018, 15:22:05 UTC
Its not that easy to detect the plight of icos before they are launched. Since there has been a lot of projects splurging, a lot of investors who want to earn a great deal open their investments to these icos. But most of the time, it would be too late to find out if the ico is legit or not.

Here are some pointers that warns us if an ico is a scam:
The website authenticity
The whitepaper clearly states the project details and the time table
The people behind the project

Re: BTC is on Short term up trend?
by
Jonsnowstark
on 29/08/2018, 07:24:34 UTC
Its hard to say if its long term or short term. But by the looks of it, based on my opinion, i think this one is short term. Coz taking a look back the previous month, the rise and fall has been rampant. The resistance for the 7,000 has been broken but there has not been enpugh volume to sustain this and move forward to a higher target.

Re: Lower circulating supply of tokens, It is good or bad?
by
Jonsnowstark
on 28/08/2018, 22:34:26 UTC
Yes, if the tokens that are not sold are burned after ico, the lesser the circulating supply the more valuable the token will be but not necessarily increase the price. Because in price, there is another variable to consider, which is demand. Even if the supply is low but people are not seeing the value of the token thus not buying, the price will most likely not increase.

Re: 6 reasons why future ICOs will use Byteball instead of Ethereum (+screenshots)
by
Jonsnowstark
on 28/08/2018, 01:10:22 UTC
The platform is indeed very interesting and promising. But byteball has so much to prove compared to ethereum. Eth has long been In the market and has proven so much. I think it will be a long way to go for byteball to change that. The reputation of ethereum cannot be discounted.

Re: If you are too Scared to Loss, then you are not cut out to win as well!
by
Jonsnowstark
on 27/08/2018, 12:33:00 UTC
Well cryptocurrency is a risk. So if you're not willing to risk then dont bother investing. Risk involves losing some or many or all. So make sure you invest only what you are willing to lose. For times like now the best thing to do is either hodl or buy more. For cowards, sell would be their first choice to escape further losses

Re: determinants of coin prices
by
Jonsnowstark
on 27/08/2018, 07:07:19 UTC
The price of a coin or a token is first to be determined by the developer prior to launching. After launching, the price of the coin will depend on the law of supply and demand. If many people after the launch would buy the coin then the price might go up. But if more people are selling than buying then the price will drastically move downwards.

Re: It’s getting hard to pump and dump Bitcoin
by
Jonsnowstark
on 25/08/2018, 13:49:19 UTC
There has been a lot of pump.and dump in bitcoin but not enough to create a bullrun. Many of us are waiting for bitcoin to recover. There has been a lot of manipulation going on and i think these has resulted to a recovery for some if they were able to ride the tide. Its not easy to see whats happening with bitcoin because its fluctuations are abrupt and sometimes just a little. For now the best thing to do is watch and be ready.

Re: Merit for Satoshi Nakamoto
by
Jonsnowstark
on 25/08/2018, 05:50:02 UTC
Well satoshi nakamota deserves more than a merit for bitcoin and cryptocurrency. It is best to award him for this innovation that has helped the financial world level up. But as we all know satoshi nakamoto has remained anonymous and has hidden behind the shadow of bitcoin and i guess he want to keep it that way. The account satoshi in bitcointalk may or may not be the satoshi nakamoto but surely woth or withput merit the real satoshi nakamoto knows a lot of people are thankful for his work.

I would want to believe the wave theory will still work this time. I am hoping the fifyh wave will bring positive results. I think after the bottom is reached it will bounce back and will continue on til the end of the year and hopefully til the next year.

Re: Any help about how the world is run economically?
by
Jonsnowstark
on 14/08/2018, 15:39:16 UTC
Greed is what makes people poor. We always want something more thats why we are never contented with what we have. We dont learn to appreciate the little things. If people only learn to embrace the importance of being contented then i think this world will be better in terms of economy.
