does anyboy here know about any legal cases or "group actions" against Quoinex or their executives?
My FIAT deposit is overdue since Dec. 17, no answer or reaction whatsoever via support system or e-mail from them.
I've made several deposits via same bank and never had a problem before, but suddenly this suckers went just quiet with my last transfer.
Its not a huge amount but still a reasonable 4-digit USD sum - too big to just "write-off".
Any help or ideas where/how to catch this scamers is highly appreciated.

Did you put the right remark (something like "USD, Deposit ID xxx, Bank ID xxx") on your deposit ? If not, then they will get lost..
You can contact the CMs on their telegram support channel (available on their web site)..
They are responsive on there.. Very helpfull..
Usually my International USD Wire deposit (twice) credited to my account in 4-5 working days, of course with the help of CMs

I splitted the exchanges in 3 tiers from the Best to high risk

May I know, why you put abucoins & BTCC at Tier 2 ?
For Kraken & Bitstamp, with their current support quality, I don't think that they still deserve for Tier 1

There is a lot of problems unsolved, including mine..
For Bitstamp, u can find a lot of threads that list disappointed customers with their unsolved problems..
And, in case of my account verification, I have sent all of the required documents more than 1 month ago, then they just email me asking again the document that I have sent more than a month ago.. I think they will need another months to check the documents that I have sent to them (in case they don't lost it again)..
And their Cust. Support needs weeks just for replying with something not helpful at all, & just copy-paste from their standard reply.. Sometimes they even just replying my email with different topic than I have sent (so I don't think that they even read my email)..
I think I should reconsider to trust them with my fund & assets.. considering that they even can not keep the documents that I have sent to them..
For this moment, It's hardly exist any "big" exchange with a descent service (especially support) quality.. Please let me know if it there

It seems that kraken still have a lot of problems..
So, I think, I should reconsider to use their service & deposit to them..

I need to deposit in USD, but still no option for me in the Funding Menu..

I'm supposed to be able to deposit in USD since I'm on the Tier 3 Verification.
I have summitted a ticket (1503911) and escalate it, but still no response at all from your side.
Please help me so that I can deposit in USD ASAP..
It has been a week for me to wait my Tier 3 Verification so that I can deposit USD, but after Tier 3, still there is no option for that
So please help me to solve this problem as soon as possible..

How long it takes to verify my tier upgrade ?
It has been a week since my request to upgrade but there is no sign of progress
..I also have tried to submit a ticket for that issue, but the reply is just request me to wait without any time limit..
Could you help me make it faster ?
My previous ticket was 1481531.
