This is an update on the Envion story

1. Zabivelli is just a paid sheep from the scammers around Michael Luckow. Trado GmbH was a setup (soon in liquidation) and LUP is a scam, even the liquidator confirmed that.

STAY AWAY FROM LUP AND REVOKE YOUR ONCE GIVEN POA WITH THEM!

2. Furthermore, there should be an update on the proceedings by the only source that is relevant right now: the officially appointed liquidator

3. Meanwhile the remaining crypto held hostage by the criminal founders around Michael Luckow was sold the last few days. You can guess, in what pockets it will flow. Hopefully German law enforcement will do what is needed to be done. Bring justice.

4. Refund is under way. It just takes time because the crime gang around Michael Luckow is slowing down on all fronts: liquidation, lawsuits* and with the help of some lawyer buddies. You should focus more on the bounty claims. You still can claim. Just go to the portal and invest some time and claim. Regardless if it is 50 token or 400. Just do it. As it was mentioned before: You did some work for Envion. You can claim your tokens.

All those groups did something for the tokens (work or paid). All this claims considered as valid claims. Others might file claims as well, but the vast majority of investors do not want additional (free) tokens to be in the same bucket. They (founder, advisors, company) should wait if there is something left.

In the latest news, I have read about the debt call, which can happen soon. Rumors say the founders have left their homes (moved out from the address where Trado was residing). So we are now even talking about fugitives. First civil court dates, investors versus Trado (=Michael Luckow), are held in Berlin, 27th of September 2019.

Nobody ran away with USD 100 million. The 100 million was just a (marketing) number and it reflected only the value of the funds from the Envion ICO at the very peak of the cryptomarkets in January 2018. In reality around USD 50-60 million was immediately converted to FIAT and kept in banks in Liechtenstein, thanks to Woestmann. The remaining crypto was never transferred to Envion (thanks to Michael Luckow, Trado GmbH), who kept the crypto as hostage for no obvious reasons known to the public. This is highly criminal and will be subject of courts in Germany.




The courts in Germany and the liquidator in Switzerland are now the once who will bring more light into the case, after FINMA has reported and closed the probe. Another (not so) small detail: The former member of board Cyrill Staeger (LinkedIn: https://ch.linkedin.com/in/cyrill-a-st%C3%A4ger-71357073) took for himself around half Million out of the bank on his very last official day. Next day he resigned. Liquidator has the details and will hopefully go after him as well. Blame all of them (Founders, Board Members and BaFin/FINMA) for mismanagement and delay to deliver. Hard lesson, with a partial refund we may see some good news in the end.

I think we can do something to see money back. Switzerland is not Nigeria (sorry Nigerians). Lately the Liquidator put on a scheme where its been shown, what the next steps are. Read it all and you will understand, especially the creditors' meeting thingy.

This was announced by this efri.io initiative few weeks back, I remember. I am sure, we (the investors) can do something, if we have a seat at liquidator's table. Giving "Power of Attorney" collected by this EFRI is maybe the best option.

You have simply no idea about the ongoings and (additionally) about the past of Mr. Luckow. He was convicted in Germany, is the main actor in many shady businesses (proven). His name is in the debt register of Germany. Bravo. A real businessman with an ethical attitude. Michael Luckow lied to us over the full period of the ICO and all year long.

Good customer support, I like how they care , when you have an question. Why this should be a scam?
I have also tried out the app, very interesting for doing trading. Long whitepaper but with lots of info.

The negativity in those reviews are also to take into account. True. But it seem to be a very promising concept in my eyes.

Also true, most of the investors in the telegram channel really have no idea what they are going to do. Like first time crypto kids. Do you guys think, they will fool all those investors?
