Liquidity fund is 10% of total supply to be released over the year in batches. I see tokens allocation for various things but where the funds will be made to develop the platform. This concept of proof of review to eliminate the fake reviews and opinions sounds cool and stunning. I really didn't understand from the tokens allocation part where the money will be produced. You will need money for everything to promote,develop and list on exchanges to make the token valuable.
20% of the supply is for development fund, these tokens will be used for further development, marketing, bounties, exchange listings. More funds will also be made from reviews since not all the reviews will be done for free.

Airdrops started mid-June. This is our old PRE-ANN where we announced the airdrops: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=4706124.0Helloo dev, with reference to your reply to the above question. Your replied link is totally a different topic, which is on POD and not POR. And same did not conduct an airdrop.
POR is a rebrand of POD. The swap will take place on October 31st.

This project is still in a very early stage and needs more time for the price to keep increasing. Also the market itself is in a downtrend for all of the altcoins, there's nothing the developers can do about that.
There are still bounties who accept newbies and Jr. members into their campaigns, you just got to spend a little bit of time to find them. But I do agree that you can make a nice amount of money from airdrops, you just have to hold onto them for some time and dont sell it as fast as they hit the first exchanges
