You should be able to get support on this but as I have found out its completely volunteer. They have five people working on updating the software and no one on support for their reputed 50,000 users. Only a poorly compiled set of instructions on what to do when it does not work, especially if your are mining anything other than ethereum.
Well I dont hope for support from the ethos team, I got a tip that 6 cards need more than 4gb ram at the start!

I know it probably will not help you, but I have 12 GPU´s running on Ethos with only 4GB of RAM. Were you able to find a solution for that problem you had?

just wanted to share with you my version of bios mod for Gigabyte RX570 8GB with Micron memory. In stock settings doing 24.8 mhs with 106W power draw. After overclock you can go over 30 mhs with 126W.
