Are you talking about Wolf.bet's sportsbook section? If so, they do offer legitimate services since they have been around for sometime now and the limits are decent(Don't expect very high limits).
You can find great odds with value here now and then though you need to check thoroughly. Never used Betop, but Wolf.bet is definitely legit though their withdrawal fees are on the higher side.
