Re: coins, coins, coins, which is the better to invest and trade in on exchanges?

This is not a question that someone can answer by saying this or that coin.

My suggestion is that you should spread your available funds in various coins.

If you are a long term investor put 50% of your investment in top 10 coins ,30% in lower coins and keep a 20% for day trading.

Regards.

If, in the future cryptocurrency becomes a major currency in several countries and the fiat currency of that country dissappears, such as USD, EURO, POUND ETC... who/how, will one value a crypto currency against, as there is only other coins to value it?

coins, coins, coins, which is the better to invest and trade in on exchanges?

With the vast number of coins that are out on the market, which is the better to invest in, with exchanges at a low at the moment, coins are easily available for a low investment, but which coin? Should one get a lower $value coin(ie, ADA) to obtain more, or a highter $ value coin(ie, BTC) , and obtain partial coins, or altogether invest in new coins that are coming out  with token sales, and hope that they don't die out.. As a "newbie" to the crypto world, and at USD exhange rate to coin value, what little I have needs to be a good investment for future gains. Coin/token suggestions welcome at this point.

To HODL or not, this is the question

We see alot of people holding on the the coins they invest in, either they are afraid to loose out on future gains, or waiting for a rainy day when they can cash out, does this not effect the market with so many coins not being traded, causing the fluctuated trade movements, with people mass selling when the market starts to fluctuate?

With the ever increasing number of social media platforms for crypto, there is an ever increasing number of people out there claiming to be binary traders/investors, that almost guarantee a quick return on the crypto investment, but it all sound pretty much like a pyramid scheme where they can take your money and run, what are your opinions on this sort of crypto trade/ investment scheme, are there good returns or is it all jst daylight robbery as people are to scared to say that they been haggled.?

Re: ERC20 tokens and the wallets that one needs?

If we are talking about ERC20 tokens only, you can also use MyEtherWallet (MEW). It's an online wallet which supports these ERC-20 tokens. When it comes to ETH and the tokens that use the ETH blockchain, MEW is what majority of the users use these days. The security with MEW is awful, and you can read here on this forum of people losing their coins every day due to malware or other malicious attacks. I personally, have never found a better software solution. I tried to install the ETH wallet myself, but their blockchain is so bloated that it was a dreadful task. So, yes a hardware wallet would be the best recommendation if you can afford one. If you are gonna use MEW, make sure you have understood how to rune it safely (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=3461647.0). Good luck.
. OK I have looking into some wallets, have you heard of TRUST wallet is is in the Google play store, Suppose to support tokens, but wary of app based wallets

ERC20 tokens and the wallets that one needs?
by

As with alot of new crypto coins jumping on to the bandwagon, most are in there pre-release phase that consist of tokens, mainly ERC20 value tokens, and with the ever increasing amounts of wallets and cold storage wallets on the market, what would be the best wallet to use for both tokens and valid altcoins, as I certainly don't need a wallet for every altcoin, is there a wallet out there that supports ERC20 token as well as altcoins. That would reduce this baggage?

For me the best ICO to invest in would be the new up and coming BITFAIR platform, where you would be able to trade in the top 100 altcoins on the market, a first of it kind, have a look. https://wallet.bitfair.com/?ref=13fa2d1

I fell sorry for you, ICO is risky especially when there are so many on the market, there are a few reputable ones at the moment, the new up and coming platform BITFAIR, which launches in October, is set to be the first platform to trade in top 100 altcoins, through smart contracts, the catch is you need their tokens to trade, they don't take a percentage of the coin that you buy or sell, so not loosing any part of the investment. They are already in the top ten trading platforms for newbies. Have a look
