I believe that some decentralization is welcome, but 100% decentralization is hard to achieve and have success with projects like these that are creating complex systems. Probably, a lot of conferences are held in different parts of the world when the ICO idea starts, the only question is which one is most acceptable for devs. Wanna know this.. I will hold my DV8 coin and will I  exchange it or sell it later. because has  i seen the price of the coin is getting increased from day to day and now maintaining consistence price I think I should  wait for some more days ofter getting increasing rate in market price I will sell them and those who are having coin please wait for the right movement. u have to wait for right moment so u can earn more profit as well, The plan is interesting and I think this is a good business for the investors. but many projects are in the market. I am sure with the innovation and strategy of the team will be effective in getting investors to support this project....

I strongly recommend confirming from some pool explorers that the reward is good, if the pool does not have an orphan block and the algorithm has not changed recently. A bad pool configuration or a 51% attack can create a huge amount of orphan block that will reduce your actual earned mining reward.so you should always check before you do.
