Re: Cryptocurrency arbitrage? How to make it?
by

on 01/12/2017, 04:37:58 UTC
Hi guys!
I just learned that it is possible to make good money using CC arbitrage.
Example: Buy on EXMO 0.1BTC for $100, Sell on Poloniex for $120. Profit $20.
I read a lot about this, but just found out this forum and maybe you can help me.
I can't find any normal trading platform because there is no difference in price at all. The all approximately sell and buy at the same price.
Maybe anyone have experience with this?

Thank you!
Well that is one way that traders are doing but you do not know the fee per withdrawal you pay for extremely high bitcoin if the profit you earn is low then you will suffer capital losses.

Re: Bitcoin or Altcoin

I am sure everyone is aware about the rise of altcoins like ETH and Litecoin so I just want to know expert's opinion whether to invest in bitcoin or altcoins as the price of bitcoin is too high now for an individual to invest into it ? Do you think these altcoins will survive and pump just like bitcoin or its better to stick to bitcoin ?
Investing in altcoin is a wise choice if you want to make more money than investing in bitcoin.

Most of the time there difference of price exists so do you withdraw bitcoins from one exchange and sell at higher rate exchange?
Of course I have business on many platforms of exchange and I always do that because each exchange platform has different types of altcoin .

Keeping your money and not letting it exchange trading is a stupid thought. Why not sell it when the high value and buy back when the value is low?

Re: Will Coinbase be the biggest bank in 2020?

Given that all the major banks are so behind in the crypto-revolution do you think Coinbase will be the biggest bank in 2020?

https://hackernoon.com/will-coinbase-be-the-biggest-bank-in-the-world-5d147c9e6caa
If talking about an online wallet to store bitcoin then coinbase is really a big bank but talking about most used wallets we should mention exchange websites.

Of course, I have made a small amount of money from these pump-dumps, which are opportunities that we can make a lot of profits.

Re: Would bitcoin help teach kids about saving?

So I have 2 cousins. One of them doesn't save and is a huge spender while the other is a saver and spends only once a year. So would bitcoin be a good way to teach them about saving? Since, mining bitcoin is the only way to make alot of bitcoin, I would use a alt wallet to show them what happens if you spend and don't save. What do you think?
I do not think bitcoin is a way for kids to learn to save. As the value of it grows and the desires of the kids make bitcoins become toys  Grin Grin Grin Grin

If we are really rich in the new world of crypto, we should live simply and continue to make money with crypto. Do not brag to anyone who has too many jealousies.

how many coke cans you can buy with one dollar in your country?
I want to know the buying power for the dollar in different countries.

In Egypt, one can buy 3 cans (350ml) of coke for one dollar approximately
With 1 $ I can buy 1-2 cans, I feel the price in my country is really expensive while our economy is low, this is really sad.

Re: Reason why you should Buy bitcoin now

So much so that 15% of banks world wide expect to widely implement blockchain, which is a ledger of transactions updated in real time by various institutions, by next year, according to the report which surveyed 200 global banks.

These banks, mostly medium to large-sized institutions, are focusing their blockchain technology on three areas: consumer lending, retail payments, and reference data, which refers to the real-time information sharing of transactions across business divisions and institutions.

In four years, IBM says that 66% percent of banks expect to have blockchain in commercial production and at scale.

The reason I bought bitcoin right now is because while the value of bitcoincash is pumping and I think bitcoin dump. I am sure the bitcoin will come back so buy it right now is a smart choice.

It is said that bitcoin will destroy the fiat system but i believe that if this happens the world will change completly because banks and a lot of things will go out of market.
At the moment we are at 11/24/2017 and it has been used by 1/5 people all over the world so by 2020 this will surely happen i believe it:)

We only shifting the simple work to robots and create on other places new.
There will be still stuff to do which a robot will not able to do it. But not in 50 years.
Read the book Homo Sapiens. This guy write it just how it would be in 2050 and above.

Everything works with algorithms. Even a Police officer, lawyer or Doctor could be replaced by a machine.

If this happens I wonder what will we do? Or will robots replace us completely? And then we will begin to fade.

Its really hard to compete with the big dogs these days. Once upon a time, in the early days, I remember when anyone could partake. But now it is very hard to turn a profit.
I have the same opinion with you, it is difficult to compete with whales when they have great economic potential. It is very difficult for us to make a profit if we do not have a sufficiently large economic resources.

Re: The $1 Million Dollar Bitcoin
by
KSCTeam
on 24/11/2017, 02:53:58 UTC
For 1 Bitcoin to be worth $1,000,000, the total market cap of Bitcoin would have to be $21 trillion dollars. What are the odds of this happening?

For reference, the amount of physical $dollars and coins in circulation are around $1.2 trillion. The global M2 money supply of all currencies are around $45 trillion. The market cap of all mined gold is around $7 trillion.

Will 1 Bitcoin be worth a million dollars? Half a million? Thoughts?
You are so dreaming of things that are hard to come on, I think the limit of bitcoin can be ~ $ 50,000 so it's probably not possible.
