I think work atmosphere is important, many people can be productive when the work environment is supportive, and conversely if we work from home then people think that home is a relaxed place so it won't be uplifting, in my opinion the best thing is if we want to increase high productivity is working in an office.

I live in a city which of course is very difficult to get land for farming, I use pots to grow some vegetables, chilies, and others, the more difficult the agricultural land, of course, makes the price of agricultural commodities more expensive so that a country that still has a lot of agricultural land will become a country that prosperous.

If we are used to and know bitcoin for at least 2 years then we are familiar with bitcoin patterns and trends, when it was still early of course many people relied on buying or selling based on predictions from experts, and after knowing 2 years and having profit or loss of course we know the best thing without relying on predictions.

I think the rental price depends on the location, if we have the patience to find a cheaper house to rent then we can easily get it, I once worked in an area where the rent for a place was very expensive, but I was looking for a small road that was not far away and could get it at a very low price cheaper maybe only about 30% of the market price.
