Legal =/= Accepted. It's perfectly legal to do many things in life but that does not mean it is accepted by most people. Account selling have been done here since many years ago and that person who badrep me is a mod so he/she should know the rules in here and must not do something out of his/her personal judgement but by the rules of the forum he/she is hired at.
I think the only reason he badrep me is because he/she is offended when I say that gambling, bitches, etc are sinful.

What awful is he/she is a mod in here but still seems to lack experience and virtue to know what he/she is doing.

It does no matter for good cause or bad cause because what matter is bitcoin are not made for bad cause, if thare some peoples who use bitcoin for bad cause then it is not the blame for bitcoin, just like peoples who make and sell knife where knife can be used in the kitchen or can be used to hurt peoples.
I'm now using bitcoin to gather funds to advance the movement I'm on since 10 years ago, I just recently use bitcoin fund channel a few days ago and still nothing yet ^_^
You still need to remember the risks. Bitcoin is not yet so much anonymous and his volatility and growth rate will not be eternal. But the fact that you use bitcoin to develop your company is very good and progressive. It is just the opposite.
Every transfer is in the blockchain and traceable.
If you want to go anonymous then I suggest that you look into some other coins,

And what could the blockchain do? It does not give you any info other tha transaction.
The blockchain provides link and history information. all an antagonist has to do is to find another poor secop in your behaviour and link the account to a computer or human.
Only for those who use the same address and publish them in public, there are many who use bitcoin but are not roaming the internet.

I never see any laws here banning selling account, have you see any?
As for the account can be used for scam, any account can be used, I just sell my account so that it will be easier for peoples who run legal business to get trust.

Try to contact the wallet provider of your wallet but never give them any info about your key, only your address.

3. Use your mobile phone only as container for your wallet, do not use it for other things such as for phone calls, sms and especially opening websites or mining bitcoin.
4. Only turn on your mobile phone when you want to use your wallet for trading, sending, etc so when you don't use it then just turn it off. Use password protection on it so that when you turn it on it will ask for password that only you know.
5. Store your phone on an iron box or other secure box container, do not bring it with you and if you need a mobile wallet then just make a secondary wallet with the same tips here but with the exception it only have bitcoin with just the amount of you need for buying things, do not bring your main wallet with you where all your bitcoin stored.

It is good to be vigilant but donesn't meant becoming paranoid.
Buyinga hardware wallet like nano or ledger can be safer and cheaper in the same time than buying a smartphone and disable all its features.
You can also store your Bitcoins in different wallets, thereby, if one of them get hacked you don't lose all your money.
Hardware wallet are invonvenient because you need to connect to the internet to use it, mobile phone is simple where you can turn the internet on and off whenever you want without connecting anything.

It is all because of bitcoin high fluctuation which cause the network to get congested, just wait until bitcoin stabilize within 1%, the bitcoin transaction each day are now around 1 million.
But you can use an alternative by paying higher fees and stuff.
