Hi, already replied on Reddit, I understand your frustration but if you understand how regulations work, then you would know no exchange will let you trade further until you get verified for a higher limit, any exchange will gladly let you trade and earn from fees (in the case of Lykke the spread) but there seems to be strict rules regarding this, similar to a frozen bank account. Deposits above 10k get automatically flagged for enhanced verification AFAIK.
About that, the requested information in the documents for the enhanced verification process is quite confusing. I asked the support for specific clarifications 2 days ago and still no reply. I think you should hire more support staff.Re: [ANN] Lykke - Semi-decentralized Exchange on the Blockchain
Fiat withdrawals are processed manually, you'll get a confirmation once it's approved by the finance department.

Does it make any sense that the maintenance takes so long? Their "system upgrade" should be as simple as getting more connectivity from their host, right? This shouldn't take more than a few minutes. Unless I am missing something.

Does anyone know what hours their support works? Does it work on weekends and holidays, too? I just want to know if I will be hearing from them in the following 3 days for a ticket I opened.

Σαν τον Τσίπρα που τον ψηφίσανε δυο φορές ένα πράγμα. 
Έχω κάνει μια αίτηση ανάληψης 112 ευρώ εδώ και 2 μέρες, αλλά η μεταφορά εμφανίζεται ολοκληρωμένη χωρίς να έχουν μπει τα λεφτά στην τράπεζα.
λύθηκε το πρόβλημα ?
Με ενδιαφέρει για να κανω και εγώ.

In Friday I sent a photo of my ID and a power bill, which are in Greek. Do you think I will have a problem with the verification process? They haven't responded yet.
