Just a note about Thimo's explaination :

60 seconds bloc-time isn't the only factor to make a coin scarcier, if you find there is too much coin mined everyday you could lower the reward. The bloc-time is more related to orphan rate.

I ordered my withdrawal on March 17th, right in the timeframe pinned in this report.

I was trading at Bitstamp before that, and gave Kraken a go for the good reviews we can read everywhere. Bad choice it seems.
I might however give this exchange a second chance, if this issue is solved quickly.

For the moment I'm still waiting for my ticket to be answered.

I'm also having quite a long withdrawal delay, it's my 7th day of waiting, whereas other people usually only wait 2 to 5 days.
