if you ask for the max loan amount you cant set a MPR because you are asking for the max amount for example 75% you also need to take in account the addition of the MPR, the premium

I talked to the devs and we moved to the C Sharp. The Signals Language idea was meant for the best safety, but we found a way how to make platform safe even without it. Therefore we moved to the C Sharp, which is known and for people it will be smoother to code in it, because it's one of the main languages for trading.

Evgeniy for now there are no plans to extend the ICO. About the second question, its a little bit more tricky but as paygine is a project built on a working Best2pay project we are very hopeful that it will continue, which again is not something very clear and official at this point. About beyond ICO, the official plans will be revealed after the end of ICO. I think DAICO will get wider adoption soon, I would say it even has some elements of 'regulation' which traditional ICOs  don't have at all.
